    摘要: A cyclone separator for a powder recovery device of a powder coating system includes an inlet region with an inlet for a mixed flow of powder/air, a separation region adjoining the lower end region of the inlet region for the centrifugal separation of at least a portion of the powder contained in the mixed flow, and a powder collecting region connected or connectable to the lower end region of the separation region for collecting the powder separated in the separation region. The powder collecting region is shiftable relative to the separation region between a first position in which the powder collecting region is aligned in flush connection with the lower end region of the separation region and a second position in which the powder collecting region is not aligned in flush connection with the lower end region of the separation region.

To allow a particularly compact construction of the screen insert (70) to be achieved, according to the invention a screen carrier (73) which can be placed onto the powder container (24) is provided, for holding the ultrasonic transducer (72), with the screen unit (71) connected thereto, in such a way that the screen unit (71) is arranged below the screen carrier (73), so that the screen unit (71) is inside a powder chamber (22), formed by the powder container (24), when the screen carrier (73) has been placed onto the powder container (24).

    摘要: The present invention relates to a spray-coating gun (1) for the spray coating of objects with coating powder. The front end region of the spray-coating gun (1) has a coating-powder spray head (5) and the opposite, rear end region of said spray-coating gun has a coating-powder connection (12) and at least one compressed-gas connection (13, 14). Coating powder can be supplied via the coating-powder connection (12) to a coating-powder channel (11, 26) extending to the coating-powder spray head (5), while compressed gas can be supplied via the at least one compressed-gas connection (13, 14) to at least one compressed-gas channel (9, 28; 10, 29) extending to the front end region of the spray-coating gun (1). In order to optimize the coating quality which can be achieved with the spray-coating gun (1), it is provided according to the invention that the compressed-gas channel (9, 28; 10, 29) has at least one compressed-gas branch (35, 36) via which at least some of the compressed gas added to the compressed-gas channel (9, 28; 10, 29) is supplied to the coating-powder channel (11, 26) in order to adjust a powder/air mixture necessary for atomizing at the coating-powder spray head (5) and/or for homogenizing the coating powder supplied to the coating-powder channel (11, 26).
