摘要： A multiplication value decision unit (12) decides a multiplication value which is a positive value or a negative value corresponding to a bit value of each bit contained in a binary bit string constituting a scramble pattern generated in a pattern generation unit (11). A multiplication processing unit (13) multiplies symbol data representing each symbol value in the symbol data string formed by the multinary symbol containing a predetermined pair of a positive value and a negative value having an identical absolute value, in the value area, by the multiplication value decided by the multiplication value decision unit (12). Here, the multiplication processing unit (13) successively executes the multiplication between the symbol data for one symbol and the multiplication value decided corresponding to the bit value of the one bit contained in the scramble pattern until the number of symbols expressed by the symbol data string is reached. The present invention scrambles the data string by a simple operation and performs scramble by a simple processing even when the function channel content is changed.

摘要： A road-vehicle communication system comprises roadside apparatuses, a center device, and a vehicle-mounted device mounted in a vehicle. The roadside apparatuses are each given identification information for identifying itself. The center device transmits to the vehicle the identification information about a first roadside apparatus installed on the road where the vehicle is traveling as first identification information via the first roadside apparatus and the identification information about a second roadside apparatus via which the vehicle is expected to travel to the destination as second identification information when the vehicle is traveling in the lane of the road where the first roadside apparatus is installed. The vehicle-mounted device stores the transmitted first identification information. If the secondarily transmitted second identification information includes the stored first identification information, the vehicle-mounted device reproduces content information transmitted together with the second identification information. The vehicle-mounted device judges whether or not the content information is for the lane where the vehicle is traveling and reproduces the content information if so.

The viscous fluid-sealed damper can be assembled with good work efficiency and is unlikely to be damaged during assembly.

A recording/reproducing apparatus (100) transmits TOC information acquired from the reproduction CD to a title information providing server (500) through a communication device (200), a wireless public communication network (WNET), a communication exchange (400), and the Internet (INET). The title information providing server (500) creates an inquiry code corresponding to the received TOC information and transmits it to a title information database (600). The title information database (600) sends a response code corresponding to the inquiry code as a reply to the title information providing server (500). The title information providing server (500) creates title information corresponding to the response code and transmits the title information to the recording/reproducing apparatus (100) through the devices and networks in the reverse direction to the direction in which the TOC information is transmitted. In the communication paths, the communication methods are converted for the respective devices.
