摘要: The disclosure relates to a cone crusher, including a supporting device being arranged inside a cavity of a main shaft of the crusher. The supporting device is arranged to support a crushing head, and to be vertically displaceable for adjusting the width of a crushing gap. The supporting device has an upper portion enclosed by the crushing head, the upper portion being arranged to provide support to the crushing head. A lower portion extends downwards within the cavity of the main shaft, wherein the upper portion and the lower portion have different outer dimensions as defined transverse to the shaft axis. A pressure-active surface is formed at a transition between the upper portion and the lower portion so as to form a variable-volume compression chamber within the cavity below said pressure-active surface.

摘要: A crusher is disclosed having a rotatable eccentric, a main shaft supported to the eccentric, a piston for adjusting the vertical position of the main shaft and an axial thrust bearing between the lower end of the main shaft and the piston. The thrust bearing has an upper bearing attached to the lower end of the main shaft, a lower bearing attached to the piston, and a pressure plate between the upper bearing and the lower bearing. A circular groove or expansion is formed onto the pressure plate. A releasing member is attached to a crusher structure outside of the pressure plate. The releasing member has a circular lip directed to the direction of the pressure plate. Part of the lip is in the groove or above the part of the extension. The releasing member is attached to the piston.

摘要: A vibratory screening apparatus including a support and at least two screen decks arranged one over the other as an assembly. 摘要: A maintenance platform of a jaw crusher having an adapter part that engages a first wear part when in place in a jaw crusher cavity. The platform includes a support part that engages a second wear part when the maintenance platform is in the jaw crusher cavity. The platform further includes a platform part residing between the adapter part and the support part. The platform part has a face section that engages the adapter part and a central section that extends apart from the face section towards the support part. The platform part defines at least two grooves each extending from the central section to the face section. The adapter part joins to the platform part by hand screws or nuts through the grooves. The grooves are shaped such that the platform part is separable from the adapter part after untightening while maintaining in place the hand screws or nuts.
