摘要: In a 4-pole, 6-slot, 18-segment electric motor, one forward winding coil (91) and two reverse winding coils (92, 93) are wound on each tooth (12). When the forward winding coils are formed of coils corresponding to a U phase, a V phase, and a W phase and the reverse winding coils are formed of coils corresponding to a “−U” phase, a “−V” phase, and a “−W” phase, the coils, which correspond to a U phase, a “−W” phase, a “−W” phase, a V phase, a “−U” phase, a “−U” phase, a W phase, a “−V” phase, and a “−V” phase, are electrically connected in this order between the adjacent segments. When the number of turns of the coils (91) corresponding to a U phase, a V phase, and a W phase is denoted by T1, the number of turns of the coils (92), which correspond to a “−U” phase, a “−V” phase, and a “−W” phase and first come into sliding contact with a brush, is denoted by T2, and the number of turns of the coils (93), which correspond to a “−U” phase, a “−V” phase, and a “−W” phase and later come into sliding contact with the brush, is denoted by T3, “T2>T1>T3” is satisfied.

摘要: The motor comprises: a stator around which coils are wound and which forms a rotating magnetic field rotating a rotor; and a first motor case housing the stator. The stator has: a core body portion forming an annular magnetic path; and a fastening portion projecting outside in the radial direction from the outer circumferential surface of the core body portion. The fastening portion has an attachment hole which is formed in a penetrating manner along the rotating axis line direction of the rotor and into which a fastening screw for fixing the stator to the first motor case is inserted. 摘要: The present invention achieves cost reduction by simplifying the manufacturing process for a film-formed molded product provided with a metal coating film capable of transmitting electromagnetic waves therethrough. This method for manufacturing a film-formed molded product which includes a molded product and a metal coating film covering the molded product comprises: forming the molded product between a movable mold and a fixed mold; and then forming the metal coating film which covers the molded product by a film-forming part of a second mold without taking the molded product out from between the movable mold and the fixed mold. The metal coating film is capable of transmitting electromagnetic waves therethrough as a result of generation of cracks after being formed.

摘要: An advance angle correction method of a motor device includes: acquiring first advance angle correction information indicating a correspondence relationship between an advance angle correction amount and a rotation speed difference of a rotor of the motor calculated in advance based on a rotation speed change rate; measuring the rotation speed difference of the rotor; calculating a first advance angle correction amount for each rotation direction of the rotor as a first forward rotation advance angle correction amount and a first reverse rotation advance angle correction amount so that a rotation speed difference of an output shaft becomes smaller based on the first advance angle correction information and the rotation speed difference of the rotor; and storing the calculated first forward rotation advance angle correction amount and the first reverse rotation advance angle correction amount as advance angle correction information for each motor device.
