摘要： A holding device for supporting and suspending a computer component below a support surface includes a holding seat, a rotating rod rotatably mounted on the holding seat about an axis, a flexible strap connected with the holding seat and the rotating rod and having a bracing section for looping and bracing the computer component, and an adjusting unit disposed on the holding seat. The adjusting unit includes a retaining ring, a coupling rotary disc and a biasing member disposed on the holding seat and arranged along the axis. With the coupling rotary disc being operated to rotate the rotating rod for reeling or unreeling the flexible strap, and with the biasing member biasing the coupling rotary disc to engage with the retaining ring for retaining the rotating rod, the adjustment of the flexible strap is convenient and safe to conduct.

摘要： A joint device includes a base seat having a mounting hole with a tapered portion, and a rotating seat rotatably connected to the base seat. The tapered portion has large and small diameter ends. A shaft assembly includes a rotating shaft fixed to the rotating seat and inserted into the mounting hole, a one-way bearing sleeved on and frictionally engaged with the rotating shaft, and a tightening member press-fitted between an inner surface of the base seat and the one-way bearing. The tightening member has a C-shaped body with a gap that gradually reduces as the tightening member gradually moves from the large to the small diameter ends of the tapered portion.

摘要： An adjustable extension arm device includes an extension arm unit, a joint unit pivotally connected to the extension arm unit, an extension and retraction unit disposed in the extension arm unit, and an adjusting unit for adjusting the extension and retraction unit. A proximal endcap of the joint unit defines therein an accommodation chamber having a viewing opening. The adjusting unit has a driving carrier connected with the extension and retraction unit, and an adjusting threaded shaft rotatably mounted to the proximal endcap and threadedly engaged with the driving carrier to make a linear movement of the driving carrier relative to the viewing opening. A pointing unit is connected to and moved with the driving carrier to point out the load capacity of the extension and retraction unit during adjustment.

摘要： A securing base includes a base seat unit and a clamp unit. The base seat unit includes a base seat formed with a receiving groove, and a securing plate secured to the base seat. The clamp unit includes a clamp member and a bolt member. The clamp member has an engaging segment disposed within the receiving groove, and a clamp segment disposed outside of the base seat unit. The bolt member extends drivingly through the engaging segment and extends rotatably into the securing plate. Rotation of the bolt member drives the clamp member to move along the bolt member, thereby moving the clamp segment to be distal from or proximate to the securing plate.
