    摘要: A device for surgical ligation is provided, which comprises: a housing, where a pulling portion is provided therein; and an opening portion provided at one end of the housing and connected to the pulling portion, where a line delivery element is provided therein. The line delivery element comprises: a first arc unit having a first coupling portion and a slot thereon; a second arc unit having a second coupling portion corresponding to the first coupling portion; and a gear assembly comprising a plurality of gears engaging with each other, wherein a first gear is engaged with the pulling portion while a second gear is engaged with the second arc unit.

    摘要: A molded container for a tissue scaffold is provided. The molded container comprises a bag made from a soft material, a shape memory frame, and an inner support tube. A sealing part is disposed on the opening of the bag, and an operation window is disposed on the lower part of the bag. The sealing part is closed when no external force is applied. The shape memory frame is embedded in the bag. At least two adjustable hooks are disposed on the ends of the shape memory frame. The inner support tube is disposed on the inner bottom of the bag and selectively penetrates a molded accommodation volume for forming a tissue scaffold. The length of the inner support tube is more than the length of the molded accommodation volume. Therefore, the molded container for a tissue scaffold has features of portability, adjustability, sterility, convenience, and stability.

    摘要: A molecular probe includes a detector molecule specific to a target molecule, and at least one label linked covalently or non-covalently to the detector molecule. The label includes a catalyst for generating electrons and/or mediators from a solution. The catalyst includes a nanomaterial, an enzyme, a metal, and/or a metal complex. The mediators can accumulate in the solution for a period of time. The detector molecule and the target molecule interact with each other by a protein based or nucleotide sequence based interaction. The mediators participate in a chemical reaction that generates a signal that may be a change in optical, electromagnetic, thermodynamic or mechanical properties. Generation efficiency of the mediators is enhanced by providing an energy to the solution. The molecular probe may be used with a molecular detection assay performed on a surface. A method for assaying the target molecule using the molecular probe is also provided.

    摘要: A method for assessment of neural function by establishing an analysis module is revealed. The first step of the method is to capture images of the cultured cells with a plurality of fluorescence labeling by a fluorescence microscopy system for image analysis. The cultured cells include neurons and non-neuronal cells. Then select neurons with neurites having fluorescence labeling and exclude non-neuronal cells according to an area and a fluorescence intensity of nucleus. Also calculate an area of the neuronal cell body, a length of the neurites and a number of processes and branches to verify outgrowth of the neurites of the neurons. Next calculate a number of synaptic puncta having fluorescence labeling on the area of the neurites having fluorescence labeling defined in Step 2 to verify formation of the synaptic puncta of the neurons for assessment of neural function.
