    摘要: A coupling member inhibits accidental pivoting of a lever for operating a movable member such as a chuck member or a valve. The coupling member has a chuck member mounted displaceably relative to a female coupling body between a temporarily connecting position (first position) and a connecting position (second position). The chuck member is operated by a lever that is pivotable relative to the female coupling body. When the lever is pivoted from a first pivoting position to a second pivoting position, the chuck member is displaced from the temporarily connecting position to the connecting position to connect an associated male coupling member. When the lever is in the second pivoting position, a lock member of the lever engages a lever holding member to inhibit the lever from pivoting toward the first pivoting position.

    摘要: A motor-driven screwdriver operation information indicator is retrofittable to a motor-driven screwdriver to indicate information related to an operation of the motor-driven screwdriver. An indicator housing of the operation information indicator is secured to a supporting and securing member configured to be secured to an outer peripheral surface of a screwdriver housing of the motor-driven screwdriver, thereby holding the indicator housing at a rear position of a rear end portion of the motor-driven screwdriver. An indication control circuit disposed in the indicator housing is connected to at least one of a motor-driven screwdriver drive control circuit and an external control circuit to receive a signal from the circuit connected thereto. The indication control circuit transmits a signal related to an operation of the motor-driven screwdriver on the basis of the received signal and indicates information related to the operation of the motor-driven screwdriver on an operation information indicating part.

A belt-type grinding tool has an endless grinding belt wound around a drive pulley provided in a tool body and an idler pulley rotatably supported by a pulley support bar. The grinding tool has a spring urging the pulley support bar forward relative to the tool body, thereby causing the idler pulley to press the endless grinding belt forward to apply a tension to the endless grinding belt, and a spring support member movably attached to the tool body to support and compress the spring, the spring support member being movable between a first position where the idler pulley applies a tension to the endless grinding belt and a second position where the spring support member is displaced from the first position to reduce the amount of compression of the spring to reduce the tension.

    摘要: A pipe joint coupling apparatus has first and second pipe joint members coupled to each other, a plate-shaped support member with an opening through which the first pipe joint member extends, and an elastic member accommodated in an annular groove formed in the outer surface of the first pipe joint member. The support member is clamped between a shoulder part formed on the outer surface of the first pipe member and a collar member disposed about the first pipe joint member such that the edge of the opening of the support member engages the elastic member. The width of the groove is greater than the width of the support member to allow the first pipe joint member to be radially displaced relative to the support member with the opening edge partially and radially entering into the annular groove while deforming the elastic member.

    摘要: In an endless belt type grinding tool, a tension bar includes a front portion and a rear portion which are divided from each other in a tubular holding portion. The front portion and the rear portion forcibly abut against each other when the endless grinding belt wound around the drive pulley and the idle pulley is applied with a tension by the spring. The endless belt type grinding tool includes a locking member which, when the tension bar is pushed into the tubular holding portion against the spring, engages with the rear portion of the tension bar to retain the rear portion at the pushed position against the urging force of the spring. Thus, in a state in which the grinding belt is removed, it is possible to reduce damage even if the tension bar, which is being pushed in, accidentally jumps out.
