The disclosure also relates to methods of using the compositions.

After the drop has disappeared or been removed, the extent of the surface is evaluated and the skin type is determined as a function of this evaluation.

The invention concerns an oxidation dyeing composition for keratinous fibers, and in particular human keratinous fibers such as hair comprising, in a medium suited for dyeing: as first coupling agent at least a 3,5-diaminopyridine derivative suitably selected; and as second coupling agent at least a meta-phenylenediamine, and/or one of its addition salts with an acid; and at least an oxidation base such as para-phenylenediamine and/or one of its addition salts with an acid. The invention also concerns the dyeing method using said composition.

The apparatus includes a sensor including an array of non-optical detection cells and processor apparatus arranged to deliver at least one piece of information relating to the hydration of the region on the basis of signals coming from the sensor. A method for evaluation of hydration is also provided. The apparatus and method can also be used for evaluating, e.g., aging or the effectiveness of a treatment regimen.
