    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of inexpensively and conveniently preparing cells having pluripotency and a very low risk of tumorigenic transformation. The cells having pluripotency and a very low risk of tumorigenic transformation can be prepared by suspension-culturing mammalian mesenchymal stem cells such as human mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow (hMSC-BM) and human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hAT-MSC) (also referred to as “human adipose-derived stem cells [hADSC]”), 7 types of human adherent mature cells (human hepatocyte cells [hHEP cells], human umbilical vein endothelial cells [HUVEC cells], human dermal lymphatic microvascular endothelial cells [HMVEC cells], human epidermal keratinocyte cells [NHEK cells], human bronchial epithelial cells [NHBE cells], human melanocyte cells [NHEM cells], and human smooth muscle cells [UASMC cells]), and 3 types of human adherent precursor cells (human dermal fibroblast cells [NHDF cells], human skeletal muscle myoblast cells [HSMM cells], and human osteoblast cells [NHOst cells]) to form cell masses (spheroids).

    A method for producing pancreatic islet-containing capsules, comprising the steps of:
    (a) preparing a sodium alginate solution A containing pancreatic islets at a concentration of 10,000 IEQ/mL or more;

The viscoelastic composition for securing the field of view of an endoscope comprises a substance having viscoelastic properties and water, preferably has a hardness of 550 N/m2 or less, a viscosity (25° C.) of 200 to 2,000 mPa·s, and a loss tangent of 0.6 or less, and more preferably has an electrical conductivity of 250 μS/cm or less. The method for securing the field of view of an endoscope comprises feeding the viscoelastic composition from a proximal part of the endoscope, through a channel, into a distal part of the endoscope.

Therefore, by using these containers, a mammal cell-containing liquid having a high concentration and a high proportion of living cells can be administered, stored or prepared, which contributes to regenerative medicine using the mammal cell-containing liquid (suspension liquid).

The disinfectant liquid enables easy identification of the application sites in preoperative skin disinfection and the like.
