摘要: A flotation line for treating mineral ore particles suspended in slurry is disclosed. The flotation line includes a scavenger part and a scavenger cleaner part. The flotation line is characterized in that the scavenger part or the scavenger cleaner part includes a flotation cell with blast tubes for introducing slurry infeed into the flotation cell; or in that the scavenger part or the scavenger cleaner part is followed by a flotation cell with blast tubes for introducing slurry infeed into the flotation cell. Further, a use of the flotation line is presented, as well as a flotation plant including a flotation line according to the invention.

摘要: A screen medium of a mobile multi-deck screen is tensioned with a tensioner. A tensioning link engages and tensions a screen medium on a side thereof by at least two linear tension rods, when the screen medium side tensioner is installed to the mobile multi-deck screening device. An adjusting member causes for each of the at least two linear tension rods, a linear movement tensioning by the tensioning link the side of the screen medium above the two linear tension rods. A retractor disengages the tensioning link responsively to untightening the at least two tensioning rods. A screen deck, a screen and a mobile multi-deck screening device are also disclosed as well as a method for replacing a screen medium using the tensioner.

摘要: A mobile multi-deck screening apparatus receives material for screening with a feeder of the apparatus. A first screen deck receives and screens material from the feed. A second screen deck receives an undersize fraction of the first screen deck. First and second discharge conveyors output oversize fractions of the first and second screen decks. The first and second discharge conveyors pivot to operate in directions selected between a first direction and a second direction. The first direction is forward. The second direction differs from the first direction. One or both of the first and second discharge conveyors is/are pivotable from one side to an opposite side of the apparatus. Oversize fraction material of the first screen deck and oversize fraction material of the second screen deck are selectively discharged in a common pile.

摘要: An X-ray fluorescence analyzer comprises an X-ray tube for emitting incident X-rays in the direction of a first optical axis. A slurry handling unit is configured to maintain a constant distance between a sample of slurry and the X-ray tube. A first crystal diffractor is located in a first direction from the slurry handling unit, and configured to separate a predefined first wavelength range from fluorescent X-rays that propagate into the first direction. It is configured to direct the fluorescent X-rays in the separated predefined first wavelength range to a first radiation detector. The input power rating of said X-ray tube is at least 400 watts. The first crystal diffractor comprises a pyrolytic graphite crystal. The optical path between said X-ray tube and the slurry handling unit is direct with no diffractor therebetween.

The chute liner has a base for mounting on the shelf. The base has an operatively upper surface that comes into contact with material passing through the chute and an opposed operatively lower surface.
