摘要: The present invention provides a casing system for integration of modular internal intervention equipment in tubular lines, wherein the equipment comprises a plurality of modules (2), the casing system comprising a sleeve (1) encasing, in an integral manner, at least one module (2) of the plurality of modules (2) and at least one portion of at least one component upstream (3, 2) or downstream (2, 2a) of said at least one module (2). The integration casing system of the present invention guarantees the mechanical integration of all the modular internal intervention equipment, rendering viable the operation thereof inside tubular lines in a safer, more efficient and more advantageous manner.

摘要: The present invention is in relation to a process for preparing calcium phosphate-based sulfated adsorbents that capture mercury in gas streams, comprised of the steps of synthesis of the precursors, incorporation of a transition metal, and sulfation of the material. These adsorbents present high efficiency both for removal of low concentrations of mercury, such as in natural gas, and for stabilization of this pollutant. The adsorbents obtained in the invention may be used in the Mercury Removal Units (MRUs) present in natural gas processing plants, which mercury removal units may be located either upstream or downstream of the dehydration and H2S removal units, due to the adsorbents obtained showing resistance to H2S poisoning, and maintaining their performance in the presence of water.

摘要: Soil maps are rarely used for the elaboration of road layouts, and there are no known algorithms that incorporate soil information dynamically. The best way to incorporate this knowledge of soils is to interpret the soil maps into a derived (interpreted) map known as the “road, pipelines and operational locations aptitude map”. This study generated an innovative algorithm that incorporates soil aptitude maps for road layouts, pipeline lines and escape routes. The novelty of the algorithm is that this aptitude information (interpreted from a map of soil classes) is collated together with relief and hydrography information. Thus, it is hypothesized that, in addition to the characteristics of the relief and proximity of watercourses, the soil map can help the decision-maker to unveil regions with serious problems that increase the costs of construction and maintenance of roads, pipelines, escape routes and operating locations.

摘要: The present invention describes a process for capturing CO2 using an optimized mixture of water and alcohols with alkali hydroxides, such as KOH and NaOH, for absorption of CO2 from gaseous mixtures. The process shows high efficiency and low volatility and corrosivity rate of the solvent, in addition to allowing cost reduction for installation and maintenance of reactors and reducing solvent loss. The present invention also describes a process for regenerating solvent or its reuse, carried out by chemical precipitation, continuously and not in batch, through the reaction with alkaline earth oxides, such as CaO and MgO, and/or alkaline earth hydroxides, such as Ca(OH)2 and Mg(OH)2, for the formation of carbonates, such as CaCO3 and MgCO3, which can be discarded in nature without any environmental issue or can be used commercially in industry or agriculture.

摘要: During meeting for planning operations for scale removal and scale inhibitor squeeze treatment in wells, the possibility of the manifold being partially incrusted with scale raised considering the more critical mixture of water produced. The proposed solution is a method of treatment for removing scale from a manifold. Said method uses the geothermal heating of the exploration reservoir to heat a chemical removal solution (50). Heating is required to ensure the temperature is in a range that is also suitable for conducting the removal reaction, since the distance that the solution travels to the manifold (20) e the low temperature of the underwater environment make the reaction occur inefficiently, as in the case of pre-salt.

摘要: This invention provides a system and a method for supporting the operation of subsea installations for 3D reconstruction of flexible pipes (1) during a direct vertical connection operation, comprising the steps of painting the flexible pipe (1) with a specific regular pattern, and performing a 3D reconstruction of the points sampled on the flexible pipe (1) to obtain the radius of curvature of the flexible pipe (1), in which the 3D reconstruction comprises the steps of: capturing images of the flexible pipe (1) during the direct vertical connection operation; sending the captured images to a dedicated computer (4); and processing the captured images, generating information on the radius of curvature, wherein the method initially comprises at least one of the following steps: painting the bend restrictor (6) with a specific regular pattern; painting straps (71) for buoys (7) with a specific regular pattern; and painting straps (71) for the arch bend, in the event of second-end direct vertical connection.

摘要: In order to meet the objectives described above, the present invention provides a robot for detecting breakdown of NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials) in a production system, in order to plan operations to remove scale containing radioactive material, and for decommissioning subsea system operations. The fields of application are the area of flow assurance and reservoir management, using operations to chemically remove scale containing NORM in the production system, and to improve the safety of the decommissioning processes of production systems. The invention allows the position of the scale inside the production system to be safely detected, such as, for example, the beginning of the deposit inside a production line, the extension of the deposit, and the end of the deposit, as well as whether the deposit occurred at different points along the production line.
