摘要: “A controller of a corrugated fiberboard sheet manufacturing apparatus can execute a steady operation where a corrugating roll rotates at a first set speed, a deceleration operation where the corrugating roll is decelerated to a second set speed, and an acceleration operation where the corrugating roll is accelerated to a third set speed. In the steady operation, the controller set an on-off valve to a closed state for steam supply to a hollow portion at a first set pressure by a pressure adjusting valve. In the deceleration operation, the controller maintains states of the valves. In the acceleration operation, the controller switches the on-off valve to an open state, and adjusts the pressure adjusting valve for steam supply to the hollow portion at a second set pressure.”

摘要: Nanofiber that keep crystallinity are obtained from a cellulose material under light load. The nanofiber are obtained by treating a material containing cellulose with 4% by mass or more and 9% by mass or less of an aqueous alkali metal hydroxide solution to produce alkali cellulose, reacting the alkali cellulose with carbon disulfide to give cellulose xanthate, and defibrating the cellulose xanthate. Then, the xanthate is treated with acid or heat to be regenerated into cellulose nanofiber.

摘要: A base sheet and a cover sheet are supplied, the height of at least one product which is placed on the base sheet is measured, and second fold lines are formed on the base sheet and the cover sheet such that the second fold lines are spaced from respective first fold lines formed on the respective side portions of the base sheet and the cover sheet and such that the space between each of the first fold lines and the corresponding one of the second fold lines is adjusted based on the value of the measured height of the product. The base sheet is folded, the base sheet and the cover sheet are arranged so that the base sheet crosses the cover sheet, the cover sheet is placed on the base sheet, and the cover sheet is folded to bond the cover sheet to the bottom sheet.

The reinforcing panel 16 is formed in an inwardly projecting manner between the fold-back panel and the inner panel. Any of the first and second fold lines positioned on a side closer to the outer panel fold line than a projecting top portion is arranged away from the outer panel fold line by a distance.

摘要: An isothiocyanate-containing composition is provided in which bleeding of the composition is suppressed and even if an isothiocyanate volatilizes, the adhesion strength is retained. An isothiocyanate-containing composition is provided wherein an isothiocyanate is mixed into a mixture of a rubber adhesive having a softening point of less than 100° C. and a hydrogenated terpene resin having a softening point of less than 100° C. by an amount of 0.5-15 wt % of an isothiocyanate relative to the total amount of the mixture. The composition has a viscosity at 90° C. of 3000-40000 mPa.s and an adhesion strength of 1 N/25 mm or over when used as an adhesive to laminate two films, irrespective of whether or not the isothiocyanate has volatilized.

摘要: A method for controlling the speed of a rotary cutter to cut a continuouslyed web accurately into predetermined lengths. A desired cutting length and the circumference of the rotary cutter are preset. The web speed as detected is multiplied by a coefficient equal to the cutter circumference divided by the cutting length. The resultant signal is compared with the cutter speed as detected, and, if there is any difference, the cutter speed is corrected for accurate cutting.
