Abstract: A trailer hitch which is attached to a vehicle which is towed, such as a trailer, and is used to connect the towed vehicle to a conventional towing ball of a towing vehicle. The trailer hitch of this invention is extendible by the user so as to enable a towed vehicle to be connected to a towing vehicle when the two are approximately aligned, but they need not be precisely aligned.
