摘要: A pneumatic tire includes a pair of bead portions, a pair of bead cores, and a carcass extending between the bead cores. The carcass includes a carcass ply including a main portion extending between the bead cores and a pair of turn-up portions each turned up around a respective one of the bead cores from axially inside to the outside of the tire and extending radially outwardly. In at least one of the bead portions, a reinforcing rubber layer is disposed outwardly and adjacently in the tire axial direction of the turn-up portion. The reinforcing rubber layer includes a first rubber layer and a second rubber layer arranged outwardly in the tire axial direction of the first rubber layer. A loss tangent tan δ1 of the first rubber layer is smaller than a loss tangent tan δ2 of the second rubber layer.

A complex elastic modulus of the insertion layer 22 is equivalent to or higher than a complex elastic modulus of the inner liner 20. A thickness of each sidewall 6 at a maximum width position PW is not greater than 5.0 mm.

摘要: A variable face thickness pattern is determined for a golf club head by setting a target value for a first constraint. Parametrization zones are defined and values set for a first parameter and a second parameter for each parametrization zone. Resultant first constraint values are evaluated from simulated impacts against the target first constraint value and the values are changed for the first and second parameters to result in a simulated face thickness pattern. In one aspect, the club head has a maximum coefficient of restitution at a first location of the striking face and a second coefficient of restitution that is no less than 98% of the maximum coefficient of restitution at a second location that is at least 7.5 mm from the first location. In another aspect, the club head has a moment of inertia, Izz, and a mass, mh, satisfying: Izz>mh*9.3 cm2.

摘要: The tire can have a tread portion. The tread portion can include a first shoulder circumferential groove and a first shoulder land portion. In the first shoulder land portion, a plurality of first shoulder lateral grooves can be disposed. At least one of the first shoulder lateral grooves can include an inner end connected to the first shoulder circumferential groove, a maximum groove width portion, and an outer portion. The maximum groove width portion can be at almost the center, in a tire axial direction, of a ground contact surface of the first shoulder land portion. A groove width at the inner end and a groove width, on a first tread end, of the first shoulder lateral groove can each be less than the maximum groove width. A groove width of the outer portion can be reduced outward in the tire axial direction.
