    摘要: A method for pre-positioning a rotor of an outdoor fan in a counter-rotation state before operation includes: 1) during a counter-operation state, sending, by a microprocessor, a signal to the inverter circuit to turn off all upper electronic switching tubes and turn on all lower electronic switching tubes; 2) measuring a phase current of each phase coil winding in the stator assembly; 3) calculating a back electromotive force of each phase coil winding in the stator; 4) calculating a position angle of the rotor assembly; 5) checking if the phase current of each phase coil winding is all smaller than a preset threshold current; if not, return to 1); if yes, proceed to 6); and 6) calculating a resistance torque to stop the rotor assembly based on the position angle of the rotor assembly, and then stopping the rotor assembly to achieve pre-positioning of the rotor before starting.

    摘要: A method for controlling operation of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor includes: during operation of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, receiving, by the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, a shutdown signal from an external device; uninterruptedly outputting, by a microcontroller unit (MCU), a deceleration pulse to an inverter, instead of directly blocking a PWM pulse to the inverter, and constantly monitoring a control signal sent by the external device; during a deceleration process, when the MCU receives a new startup signal and a real-time speed Vi of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor is greater than or equal to a reference speed Vref, controlling the permanent-magnet synchronous motor to rotate at a parameter approaching to a target torque T or a target speed V corresponding to the new startup signal; and blocking, by the MCU, the PWM pulse when the real-time speed Vi of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor is lower than the reference speed Vref.

    摘要: A blower system, including a permanent magnet motor and a wind wheel. The permanent magnet motor includes a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, and a motor controller. The rotor assembly includes a salient pole rotor including a rotor core and magnets embedded in the rotor core. The motor controller includes a microprocessor, a frequency inverter, and a sensor unit. The sensor unit inputs a phase current or phase currents, a phase voltage, and a DC bus voltage into the microprocessor. The microprocessor outputs a signal to control the frequency inverter which is connected to a winding of the stator assembly. The ratio between an air gap of the motor and the thickness of the magnets ranges from 0.03 to 0.065, and the ratio between the length of a pole arc and the length of the magnets ranges from 0.8 to 1.0.
