    摘要: A ceramic liner can include a monolithic body having a surface portion and a bulk portion. The surface portion can have a thickness less than the total thickness of the monolithic body. The monolithic body can include an amorphous phase. The amorphous phase can be discontinuous. At least one member of the discontinuous phase can be embedded in the surface portion. The bulk portion can be substantially free of the amorphous phase. A method of forming a ceramic liner can include providing a furnace with a coating and a bulk material of the ceramic liner and heating the bulk material and the coating. In an embodiment, a coated lining form can be used to provide the coating. In a particular embodiment, the coating can be transferred to the bulk material from the coated lining form.

The adhesive layer can include a mixture of a first polymer, a second polymer, and a third polymer, wherein the third polymer is a modified fluoropolymer of the second polymer. In a particular embodiment, a weight ratio of a weight content of the second polymer to a weight content of the third polymer in the mixture can be at least 12:1. In another particular embodiment, the adhesive layer can have a normalized peel strength of at least 4.8 N/in/microns.

    摘要: The vinylidene fluoride copolymer of the present invention is a polymer obtained by copolymerizing at least one type of fluorine-based monomer selected from hexafluoropropylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene, vinylidene fluoride, and a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein X is an atomic group having a hydroxyl group or a carboxyl group and having a molecular weight of not greater than 517 with a main chain having from 1 to 19 atoms) and is obtained by adding the compound represented by formula (1) to the fluorine-based monomer and vinylidene fluoride in divided portions or continuously during copolymerization. The gel electrolyte of the present invention contains the vinylidene fluoride copolymer and a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, and the gel electrolyte has an excellent balance of ionic conductivity and gel strength.

    摘要: An electrochromic device can include a substrate, a transparent conductive oxide layer over the substrate, and a bus bar over the substrate. The bus bar can include silver and has a resistivity of at most 6.7×10−6 Ω*cm, an average adhesion strength to SiO2 of at least 3N based on 20 measurements, as determined by Method A of ASTM B905-00 (Reapproved 2010), or a classification of at least 4, as determined by Method B of ASTM B905-00 (Reapproved 2010). In another aspect a process of forming an electrochromic device can include forming a transparent conductive oxide layer over a substrate; forming a bus bar precursor over the substrate, wherein the precursor includes silver; and firing the precursor to form a bus bar. Firing can be performed such that the first bus bar is at a temperature of at least 390° C.

    摘要: A siding product is disclosed and includes a panel having a plurality of simulated courses of simulated shingles including a front, back, top, bottom and sides. The siding product also includes a hanger clip that extends from the front of the panel and a butt leg that extends from the back of the panel. The butt leg is configured to engage the hanger clip of a lower panel in two courses of panels. Further, the siding product includes a fastener slot having a fastener plane of reference and only one fastener depth stop (FDS) that abuts the fastener slot. The only one FDS comprising a stop plane of reference displaced forward from the fastener plane of reference by at least about 0.030 inches, and not greater than about 0.125 inches.
