    摘要: A connector includes an insulating housing, a metal shell that covers the insulative housing, and a switch. The switch includes a fixed contact and a movable contact. The fixed contact is formed by partially bending a rear end of a top surface of a metal shell downward. The metal shell covers an insulating housing to be mated with a mating connector. The movable contact extends while having a fixed end held by the insulating housing, and bifurcates at an approximate midpoint of the movable contact. The movable contact has, at one free end, an attachment section that abuts a mating connector approaching in a mating direction and a contacting section, at an opposite free end, that contacts the fixed contact when the attachment section is pushed by the mating connector.

    摘要: The present invention relates to optical sensor arrangements, especially sensors of the type that can be used in motor vehicles and which can detect hydrogen in a gaseous measured medium. According to the invention, an optical sensor arrangement has the at least one radiation source (108) for emitting radiation, the at least one measuring transducer which modifies its optical characteristics in response to the presence and/or concentration of at least one analyte in a measured medium (104) and is arranged so that it interacts with at least part of the emitted radiation (110), a first detector unit (112) for capturing a change in radiant intensity due to the changed optical characteristics of the measuring transducer and for outputting a first measuring signal and a light conducting body (106) which is transparent to the emitted radiation, wherein the measuring transducer, which is sensitive to the analyte, is arranged on at least one surface of the light conducting body (106) so that the emitted radiation impinges on a surface of the measuring transducer which faces away from the measured medium (104).

    摘要: An electrical switch element, particularly a relay, is provided with an actuator with a switch contact and a switch mechanism. The switch mechanism translates a driving movement of the actuator into a switching movement of the switch contact so that the switch contact is brought into and out of contact with a mating contact. In order to create a switching movement with a large lift in the case of an actuator which can only execute a driving movement with small lift, the switch mechanism has two swivelling levers connected to each other via the actuator and at least one contact retainer. The contact retainer connects the two swivelling levers in its longitudinal direction with a lever arm larger than the actuator and is configured so it can be deflected transverse to its longitudinal direction.

    摘要: An electrical connector is provided, capable of exerting a sufficient clamping force on a flat cable to reliably provide electrical conductivity while the connector is low-profile. The connector includes a contact having a base, a contact beam, and a pressing arm. The pressing force of a cam of an actuator is transmitted to a base through the pressing arm. Thereby, lift of the base is restrained, and a flat cable is reliably clamped, thereby providing electrical conductivity. Also, elastic deformation of the pressing arm reduces the range of variations in the contact pressure of a contact arm of the contact beam caused by the variations in thickness, gap, dimension, and the like.

The contact system includes a moveable spring contact and a fixed spring contact. The moveable spring contact is moveable between an open position and a closed position. The moveable spring contact is in electrical contact with the fixed spring contact in the closed position. The slider connects the moveable spring contact to the armature. The slider transfers movement of the armature to the moveable spring contact. The slider has at least one contact opening element extending there from. The contact opening element strikes the moveable spring contact during movement of the moveable spring contact to the open position to break any existing weld between the moveable spring contact and the fixed spring contact.

    摘要: A plug-in connector is provided that can be released easily and reliably from an assigned mating connector, and has increased lifetime. The plug-in connector includes a plug head and a sliding sleeve. The plug head has a hollow body with at least one cable connector, and at least two locks located on at least one surface of the body. The locks are connected by a bridge, and extend in a sliding direction. Each lock includes at least one free end. The sliding sleeve includes an opening to receive the plug head in a sliding direction and is movable in an axial direction relative to the plug head. An unlocking element is located on an inner side of the opening and positioned to contact the bridge of the plug head. The unlocking element pushes against the locks when the sliding sleeve moves in the sliding direction.
