摘要: Risk data generation for an organizational network involves a risk assessment server that communicates with organizational computing devices. The server transmits risk data request and receives responses identifying organizational risks. The server generates and transmits assessment templates, and receives risk evaluation data from a plurality of computing devices in response. The server automatically generates a risk assessment score for an organizational risk based on the values in the plurality of risk evaluation responses, the risk assessment score defining an expected organizational impact of that particular organizational risk and transmits the risk assessment score to an administrator. The server collects benchmark risk data and risk outcomes from similar networks and generates the scores using the benchmark data. The server also provides comparative results between similar organizational networks.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems and methods for multi-player gaming. Some embodiments relate to systems having an improved communications infrastructure and improved handheld game controllers, while other embodiments relate to improvements in handling large numbers of players in the multi-player game when played in a game arena with a single large display screen showing the multi-player game images. In one particular embodiment, a system is provided that has a game server controlling a display system to display the multi-player game on the large screen and a plurality of game controllers. Each game controller has a secondary display means for providing a secondary game display and input means for receiving player input. The system further comprises communication means for enabling communication between the game server and each of the plurality of game controllers. The plurality of game controllers are located in proximity to the large display screen such that it is visible to game players manipulating the game controllers while playing the multi-player game.

摘要: A system and method of managing an on-demand electrolytic reactor for supplying hydrogen and oxygen gas to an internal combustion engine. The system minimizes reactor's power consumption and parasitic energy loss generally associated with perpetual reactors. The system comprises a plurality of sensors coupled to the reactor measuring a plurality of reactor parameters, an electronic control unit coupled to the plurality of sensors and the engine, and a reactor control board coupled to the reactor and the electronic control unit. The electronic control unit: monitors the plurality of reactor parameters and the plurality of engine parameters; determines a reactor performance level; determines an engine performance level; determines a change in the engine performance level to forecast a future engine demand level; and determines an ideal reactor performance level corresponding to the engine performance level or the future engine demand level. The reactor control board regulates the reactor by modifying at least one of electrical current supplied to the reactor, electrical voltage supplied to the reactor, and temperature of the reactor.

摘要: Disclosed is a description and methods for formulating oral films containing lipophilic active ingredient(s), more particularly lipophilic active having a positive log P. The method involves dispersing the lipophilic active(s) in a carrier oil and uniformly distributing them as emulsified oil droplets into a polymer matrix. The methods reported here produce oral films containing a stable emulsion with up to 40% oil phase. The oil phase consists of the carrier oil and lipophilic active(s). This offers the possibility to enhance the amount of lipophilic actives to be included in the film formulation while preserving the film characteristics. The resulting oral films offer a standardized dosage form for lipophilic actives as well as easier and more convenient administration, transportation, handling, and storage.

Example transformer systems and example methods for constructing a core for the system are disclosed. The example system includes a core with a bottom plate, two or more limbs mounted to the bottom plate and a top plate enclosing the core. At least one of the bottom plate, the limbs and the top plate is formed with a sensing component therein. The sensing component can be mounted to a spacer layer assembled within a stack of laminated layers. The sensing component can be mounted within a path defined within the spacer layer, for example. Methods for detecting operating conditions within the transformer are also disclosed.

The instruments can include a tool assembly; first and second brackets each having first shafts that are rotatably coupled at first and second end regions of the tool assembly and second shafts that are rotatably coupled to first and second robotic arms; a surgical tool assembly coupled to an end portion of the tool assembly and having an elongated member that extends within the tool assembly; an elongated member position sensor assembly configured to provide position information of a position of the elongated member to a computing unit; and an elongated member force feedback assembly housed within the cavity and coupled to the elongated member. The elongated member force feedback assembly is configured to provide haptic feedback to the user of the instrument.
