    摘要: The present disclosure discloses preparation and use of sugar-targeting nanoparticles for modifying siRNA. A sugar-targeting nanoparticle, including targeting nanocarriers, wherein the targeting nanocarriers are formed by linking in sequence a targeting molecule, a first linking compound, a first hydrophilic biomaterial, a second linking compound and a cationic compound through chemical bonds; the first linking compound and the second linking compound both have a carboxyl group; the first linking compound has a maleimido group at the same time, and the targeting molecule is a cycloaldohexose. Providing the cycloaldohexose as the targeting molecule facilitates the nanoparticles targeting the GLUT-1 protein on the capillary endothelial cell membrane on the blood brain barrier, and the nanoparticles are transferred to the brain with high efficiency through the effect of the GLUT-1 protein to transport cycloaldohexose, thereby effectively penetrating the blood brain barrier, and helping to improve the efficiency of sugar-targeting nanoparticles penetrating the BBB.

    摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to systems and apparatuses for detecting and correcting for magnetic field distortions within a magnetic field used for medical magnetic localization systems. In one example embodiment, a system is disclosed including a magnetic field generator and a magnetic detection sensor. The magnetic field generator generates the magnetic field for localization of a catheter within the patient. The magnetic detection sensor includes a plurality of sensor coils positioned at fixed distances and orientations relative to one another. Each of the sensor coils sense the magnetic field within a sensing region aligned with a longitudinal axis of the sensor coil, and outputs an electrical signal indicative of the sensed magnetic field. The plurality of sensing coils form two substantially contiguous sensing regions, a first continuous sensing region above the magnetic detection sensor, and a second continuous sensing region below the magnetic detection sensor.

    摘要: A holder for an insert includes a first housing configured to receive the insert. The first housing extends within a plane of the holder. The holder further includes an opening configured for inserting the insert into the first housing in a direction substantially perpendicularly to the plane and a second housing configured to receive the insert, the second housing being in communication with the first housing. The second housing extends within the plane of the holder and is configured to prevent movement of the insert out of the holder in a direction perpendicular to the plane.
