摘要： A multi-use article having a blanket having inward-facing and outward-facing sides and a cover mounted to the inward-facing side of the blanket. The cover may be worn by a wearer by being placed onto and covering at least a portion of a torso of the wearer and, when worn, to carry the blanket. A head opening permits a head of the wearer to extend out of the cover when the cover is placed onto the torso of the wearer. Arm openings allow arms of the wearer to extend out of the cover when the cover is placed onto the torso of the wearer. Shoulder contact portions are located adjacent opposing sides of the head opening. Each shoulder contact portion contacts a shoulder of the wearer when the cover is placed onto the torso of the wearer such that the cover is carried on the shoulders of the wearer.

摘要： A carbon reduction assembly adapted for use with wet and dry coal combustion products (“CCPs”). The assembly includes a direct-fired carbon reduction section having a dry material inlet device that is adapted to receive the dry CCPs and a direct-fired carbon reduction section burner unit that is adapted to reduce carbon content in the dry CCPs. The assembly also includes a direct-fired dryer section that is operatively connected with the direct-fired carbon reduction section and has a wet material inlet device that is adapted to receive the wet CCPs and a direct-fired dryer section drum that is adapted to dry the wet CCPs. The assembly further includes a control unit that is operatively connected with the carbon reduction section and the dryer section. An amount of hot gas generated by the carbon reduction section is conveyed to the dryer section, and the assembly is adapted to produce dry fly ash.

摘要： In a method for providing a double loop stitch, a needle assembly having a first needle portion and a second needle portion that is removably connected to the first needle portion is provided. Opposing ends of a thread are connected to the needle portions, forming a loop that is placed around a sewing material. The needle assembly is inserted through the sewing material at an insertion point. The thread is then partially pulled through the sewing material at the insertion point such that a pair of loops of thread, separated by the insertion point, remain adjacent a first face of the sewing material. The needle portions are then separated and are passed around opposite sides of the sewing material from adjacent a second face back adjacent the first face. Each needle portion is then passed through one of the loops. The loops are then cinched and locked in place.

摘要： A flail chain link comprises a plurality of adjacent link sections including a pair of oppositely disposed end link sections. Each end link section has an internal surface, and a first axis passes through the center point of the link and the center of each end link section. A second axis, which is not coincident with the first axis, passes through the center point and the center of at least two link sections. The first axis and the second axis together define a central plane through the center of each link section. An orthogonal plane passing through each of the end link sections is perpendicular to the central plane. A radius of the internal surface of each end link section that is measured in the central plane is equal to a radius of the internal surface of such end link section that is measured in the orthogonal plane.

摘要： An electron microscope (EM) preparation and imaging system including an EM device and a sample preparation device for forming a vitreous ice layer containing a liquid sample through vitrification, which are located within a sealable environment. The sample preparation apparatus includes a cryogenically-cooled stage that receives a sample deposit surface, such as a cryo-EM grid, which is cryogenically cooled through direct contact with the stage. A sample dispenser is movable with respect to the stage and is configured to deposit a liquid sample onto the sample deposit surface at a selected rate of deposition. Once the liquid sample is deposited onto the sample deposit surface by the sample dispenser, it is vitrified automatically in place.

摘要： An apparatus for enhancing erection of a penis includes an expandable first member that partially encircles an upper portion of the penis and partially constricts at least a first vein of the penis to reduce the volume of blood carried away from the penis via the first vein. A second member is mounted to the first member includes left and right shoulder sections configured to contact the penis shaft along the left and right sides the urethra. A contoured section is formed between and extends outwards away from the shoulders so that, when the shoulder sections contact the penis shaft and the first member encircles at least partially encircles the upper portion of the penis, the contoured section extends over and does not constrict the urethra.
