    摘要: High-density rack unit systems and methods are described for telecommunication and data communication systems that utilize novel airflow mechanisms thereby enabling modularity and high-density in small-form factor units. The high-density rack unit systems and methods offer novel airflow mechanisms via right-angle backplane connectors to enable more airflow in a rack unit as well as novel field replaceable fans in these high-density rack units. Further, the high-density rack unit systems and methods include a baffle structure to keep power-supply-related airflow separate from the airflow over other components in the 1U or 2U rack unit. In this manner, the high-density rack unit systems and methods enable system vendors and network operators to realize significant density improvements.

    摘要: A method for reducing a chromium containing material, comprising: combining the chromium containing material comprising chromium oxide with a carbonaceous reductant to form a chromium containing mixture; delivering the chromium containing mixture to a moving hearth furnace and reducing the chromium containing mixture to form a reduced chromium containing mixture; delivering the reduced chromium containing mixture to a smelting furnace; and separating the reduced chromium containing mixture into chromium metal and slag. The method also comprises agglomerating the chromium containing mixture in a granulator or the like. The chromium containing mixture has an average particle size of less than about 200 mesh (about 75 μm).

A first communication from the AP is received by a cloud-based Wi-Fi service manager, wherein the first communication includes a first unique identifier for the AP. A second communication from an administrator of the entity is received by the cloud-based Wi-Fi service manager, wherein the second communication includes a second unique identifier for the AP and an identifier for the customer of the entity. The AP is associated with the customer by the cloud-based Wi-Fi service manager. Configuration information for the customer is retrieved by the cloud-based Wi-Fi service manager. The configuration information is sent to the AP by the cloud-based Wi-Fi service manager, wherein the configuration information is used by the AP for configuration.

    摘要: Software Defined Networking systems and methods are described via a Path Computation and Control Element (PCCE) that is based in part on a Path Computation Element (PCE). A common, simple interface is designed based on an existing PCE interface that allows a centralized entity (i.e., a Path Computation and Control Element or PCCE) to control the initiation of new connections or tunnels and by default to manage the state of these connections or tunnels once established. In particular, the systems and methods create an extension to the PCE architecture to allow a centralized application or applications to control the creation, rerouting and deletion of connections within a network.
