    Abstract: A process for installing the payload onto a subsea structure has the steps of affixing an adapter spool on to the subsea structure, deploying a plurality of winches in spaced relation to the subsea structure, connecting an end of a plurality of slings received on the plurality of sheaves to a plurality of winches, connecting an opposite end of the plurality of slings to the payload, lowering the payload in a direction toward the subsea structure, actuating the plurality of winches so as to draw the payload downwardly into a position on the subsea structure, and locking the payload onto the subsea structure. The adapter spool has a collar with a plurality of sheaves extending outwardly therefrom. The payload can be a capping stack and the subsea structure can be a blowout preventer.

    Abstract: An elliptical machine includes: a transmission mechanism disposed a the base, one end of the lateral swing track disposed on both sides is pivoted at the base, and each lateral swing track can swing laterally; a connecting rod and a stepping mechanism are disposed on both sides of the transmission mechanism, and the front end of the front connecting rod in each mechanism is pivotally connected to the base; a front end is connected to the rear connecting rod of the front connecting rod in a universal joint type, the rear connecting rod is disposed on the corresponding track; the rear connecting rod free end part is pivoted to the pedal. When the pedal is stepped on, the front connecting rod is reciprocally extended with the transmission mechanism, and the user can freely manipulate the swing angle of the lateral swing track through the lateral force applied to the pedal.

    Abstract: A register box for HVAC installations has a body with a plurality of side panels arranged in a generally rectangular or square configuration and a wall extending across the rectangular configuration, a duct opening through the wall so as to communicate with an interior of the body, and an expandable foam polymeric material affixed to an inner side of the side panels. The wall has a surface extending from the opening of the duct to the side panels. The expandable foam polymeric material is affixed to the surface of the wall. The expandable polymeric material is polyurethane.

    Abstract: An elliptical machine has a base, an upright column fixed to the base, a transmission mechanism mounted on the base, and two link mechanisms respectively connected with opposing sides of the transmission mechanism. Each link mechanism includes a first link rod that is telescopic and connected with both the transmission mechanism and the base, and a second link rod having a pedal and connected with the first link rod such that the pedals of the two link mechanisms are respectively linked to the transmission mechanism through the first and second link rods. When a user uses each pedal, a total length of the corresponding first link rod is reciprocatingly and continuously changed, so that a top end of the first link rod makes a first circulatory movement along a first elliptical path, and the corresponding pedal synchronously makes a second circulatory movement along a second elliptical path.

    Abstract: Provided in one embodiment of the present invention is a photovoltaic the lighting system comprising: an MPPT circuit unit for controlling a battery charging voltage by calculating the maximum power point of electrical energy generated from a photovoltaic panel; a battery charging unit for charging and discharging, in a battery, the electrical energy controlled by the MPPT circuit unit; a lighting unit in which a plurality of LEDs are combined; a lighting driver for turning on or off the lighting unit by supplying power supplied from the battery; and an integrated control board including a microprocessor, which checks a residual quantity of the battery, overcharging of the battery, a discharge quantity, a discharge time, and a lighting state and brightness of the lighting unit through the MPPT circuit unit, the battery charging unit, and the lighting driver so as to diagnose an error and perform integrated control.
