摘要： The delayed coking process comprises the steps of: thermally cracking hydrocarbon feedstock in the coke drum thereby converting the feedstock to coke and hydrocarbon products; routing thermally crack hydrocarbon products to downstream fractionators; and periodically removing coke out of the drum. Before coke removal, the drum has to be steam stripped, water quench, then vented. During venting, H2S scavenger is injected to the drum vapor space to remove residual H2S.

摘要： This soft capture cradle is useful for moving an aircraft having a nose-wheel without contacting the strut, oleo or landing gear, only contacting the nose landing gear tire or wheel. The cradle comprises a front left capture gate; a front right capture gate; a forward motion safety bar; and a rear capture plate. A forward motion safety switch is connected to the forward motion safety bar. The switch is configured to disengage the throttle of an aircraft tug porter when the forward motion safety bar contacts the aircraft nose-wheel. The cradle also includes a means for moving the front left capture gate and front right capture gate between a cradle open position and a cradle closed position. The cradle further includes a means for moving the cradle between a cradle up position and a cradle down position. Still further, the cradle also has a gate lock and cradle locator safety switch configured to locate the cradle, configure to stop the “cradle down” movement when the cradle is lowered to the ground, and configured to prevent “cradle open” movement when the cradle is in the up position.

摘要： An apparatus for automatically removing webbing remnants from unwound cores without damaging the surfaces or ends of the cores. The core cleaning apparatus includes a frame that carries an overhead bridge crane and a cutter frame supporting a movable cutting blade. The overhead crane includes a pair of opposed plugs designed to engage the open ends of the spent core. The cutter frame includes a cutter assembly that has automatically driven horizontally the length of the material webbing of the spent core, thereby cutting excess material webbing from the spent core. The entire operation is managed by a programmable controller without operator intervention.
