摘要: A user equipment unit (30) and a base station node (28) which is configured for operation with a synchronous HARQ protocol and with capability of sending data on an E-DCH channel either (1) in a nominal mode in single transmission time intervals of a predetermined length, or (2) in an extended mode in a pseudo transmission time interval. The pseudo transmission time interval comprises a first transmission time interval in which the data is transmitted and a second transmission time interval in which the data is re-transmitted. The second transmission time interval is consecutive to the first transmission time interval, and the first transmission time interval and the second transmission time interval are each of the (same) predetermined length.

摘要: A method for interference coordination comprises receiving, from a first network node, a reference signal indicating that one or more second network nodes are experiencing interference. The reference signal indicates at least one identifier for the first network node and for the second network nodes. The method further comprises preparing a remote interference management (RIM) coordination message based on the reference signal, and sending, to the first network node, the RIM coordination message to be forwarded to the second network nodes. The method provides a communication between a central aggressor network node and a central victim network node to exchange reference signal and RIM coordination information. Furthermore, the central victim network node may pass the RIM coordination message to a group of victim network nodes indicated in the RIM coordination message.

An example method performed by a UE includes receiving a measurement configuration from a network node, where the measurement configuration specifies a reference frequency corresponding to a set of one or more carriers. The measurement configuration further specifies an offset from the reference frequency. The UE performs measurements on a reference signal located at the offset from the reference frequency and uses the measurements for one or more radio operations.

摘要: There is provided a method in a wireless terminal device for a wireless communications network. The wireless terminal device is operable in a mode in which the wireless terminal device is configurable to wake at defined instances to monitor a control channel for control messages from the wireless communications network. The control messages indicate radio resources for a shared channel over which one or more further messages are to be transmitted. The method comprises, while operating in the mode, monitoring for receipt of an indication from a network node operable in the wireless communications network in a time window associated with a particular defined instance. The indication indicates that data is available at the wireless communications network for transmission to the wireless terminal device. The method further comprises, responsive to receipt of the indication, and based on a configuration received from the network node, determining whether to monitor the control channel during the particular defined instance for a control message indicating radio resources for the shared channel, or to monitor the shared channel for one or more further messages using pre-configured radio resources.
