    摘要: A safety system for a vehicle includes an imaging sensor configured to be disposed at a vehicle so as to have an exterior field of view external of the equipped vehicle. An image processor is operable to process image data captured by the imaging sensor to detect a vehicle exterior the equipped vehicle and to determine if a collision between the detected vehicle and the equipped vehicle is pending. Responsive to such determination of the pending collision, a safety feature of the vehicle is triggered before any actual impact occurs. The triggered safety feature is a reversible adjustment of a seat headrest, a seat belt, a seat setting or a door lock of the equipped vehicle. If the pending collision is avoided or otherwise does not occur, the adjusted safety feature returns to its unadjusted condition that existed prior to such determination of the pending collision.

    摘要: The transport authentication system and method includes an electronic vehicle identification device configured to connect to a vehicle that is registered for on-call or scheduled transportation use with a service provider organization (“SPO”) to obtain vehicle identification information from the vehicle, such as by being connected to the OBD port of the vehicle. The obtained vehicle identification information is transmitted to a SPO for comparison with identification authentication information retained by the SPO. A notice may then be transmitted to a potential passenger or package owner to notify the individual that the vehicle is an authentic, authorized vehicle for transport service. Driver identification information may additionally be obtained for comparison to driver identification authentication information retained by the SPO. Notification may thus also be transmitted to the potential passenger or package owner that the driver is the authorized, registered driver.

    摘要: A vision system of a vehicle includes a camera disposed at the vehicle and having a field of view exterior of the vehicle. A control has an image processor that is operable, via image processing of frames of image data captured by the camera, to detect an object present in the field of view of the camera. When the vehicle is moving, the control, responsive at least in part to vehicle motion information and image processing of frames of captured image data, determines motion of the detected object relative to the moving vehicle. The control determines the relative motion of the detected object by (i) determining corresponding object points in at least two frames of captured image data, (ii) estimating object motion trajectory of the detected object responsive to the determination of corresponding object points and (iii) determining the structure of the detected object along the estimated object motion trajectory.

With the thermal element attached at the structure of the imager assembly, a first portion of the thermal pad is engaged with the imager circuit board, and wherein, with the imager assembly disposed at the housing of the camera module, a second portion of the thermal pad is engaged with the housing.

    摘要: A method for processing color image data captured by a vehicular camera includes providing a color camera having an imaging array having a plurality of photosensors, and disposing one or more spectral filters at or in front of photosensors of the plurality of photosensors of the imaging array. The color camera is disposed at a vehicle so as to have a field of view exterior of the vehicle. The color camera captures image data that is provided to an image processor, which processes the image data captured by the color camera. The processing of image data includes processing via an algorithmic loop that corrects color variation due to lighting conditions so that images derived from captured image data are color corrected. The algorithmic loop includes processing image data in a color correction loop for color correction.

The door handle assembly includes a door handle portion that is graspable by a user to open the vehicle door. The door handle assembly includes an antenna circuit for a passive entry system of the vehicle. The antenna circuit includes at least an inductor in series electrical connection with a capacitor. The antenna circuit includes a resistor in series electrical connection with the inductor of the antenna circuit and the capacitor of the antenna circuit. The series electrical connection includes one of (i) the resistor being disposed between the inductor and the capacitor of the antenna circuit and (ii) the resistor not being disposed between the inductor and the capacitor of the antenna circuit. The resistor functions to reduce the Q factor of the antenna circuit.

    摘要: A method for vision assisted parking of a vehicle includes displaying video images derived from image data captured by a camera. A controller is operated in a first mode to generate a first overlay that includes a parking space representation of a parking space where the vehicle may be parked, and that is overlayed on the displayed video images at an offset position and remains at the offset position while the driver maneuvers the vehicle to position the parking space representation at a target parking location. The controller is operated in a second mode to generate a second overlay that includes (i) a representation of a predicted rearward path of travel of the vehicle and (ii) a representation of a determined target path. The second overlay is adjusted responsive to steering of the vehicle while the driver follows the determined target path towards and into the target parking location.
