    Abstract: Main technical features of an iron core structure of motor rotor provided by the invention are that on a rotor iron core of a rotating motor, along a circumferential direction of a rotation axis of the motor as a center of circle, a plurality of through-hole-shaped spaces spaced apart from each other are arranged on the iron core in sequence. When the through-hole-shaped spaces form obstacles to a magnetic circuit in the rotor, the through-hole-shaped spaces are also provided for insertion of a plurality of straight rod-shaped coupling elements made of non-permeability magnetic material to fix an overlapping state of a plurality of silicon steel plates of the iron core in order to improve an overall rigidity of the iron core and reduce a possibility of deformation or damage of the silicon steel plates caused by centrifugal force of high-speed rotation.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a thread body sewing structure, comprising: a sheet-shaped object, at least one upper thread, and at least one thread body, the upper thread and the thread body are sewn on the sheet-shaped object, the upper thread is located on a front side of the sheet-shaped object; the thread body is fixed on the front side of the sheet-shaped object by the upper thread. Thereby, the thread body is fixed on the front side of the sheet-shaped object by the upper thread, and does not need to pass through the object, so the thread body will not be damaged, and an integrity of its structure and functions can be maintained.

    Abstract: In a quick measurement module provided by the present invention, a first distance sensing unit and a second distance sensing unit are provided individually on a movable seat, so that when the movable seat is displaced along a linear shifting axis, the first distance sensing unit senses the distance from the first reference plane, and meanwhile, the second distance sensing unit senses the distance from the second reference plane, so as to sense the linearity accuracy in movement of the movable seat with respect to the first reference plane and the second reference plane. The first reference plane and the second reference plane are spaced apart by an angle other than a right angle, so that the linearity accuracy in movement in the two different planes, such as the horizontal linearity accuracy and vertical linearity accuracy, of the movable seat can be obtained through sensing.

    Abstract: A blower housing assembly structure includes a locking base formed by aluminum die casting and two opposite casing covers disposed on both sides of the locking base respectively. The locking base has two opposite side connecting plates, each having a connection part formed at the top of the side connecting plate, and a side of each casing cover has an intake vent, and the two casing covers have two opposite half-extended pipe sections extending from the edges of the locking base connection part respectively, so that the half-extended pipe sections of the two casing covers are engaged to form an exhaust vent of a housing. This invention has the advantages of simple structure, easy assembling, effective alignment and high stability and the effects of preventing damages by vibration and reducing the noise during operation.

    Abstract: A compact antenna test range equipment of the invention includes a microwave darkroom including a plurality of walls connected to each other, a reflector disposed in the microwave darkroom and comprising a reflecting surface having a polygon shape comprising a plurality of edges and a plurality of corners, each of the corners is located between two of the edges, wherein each of the corners aiming at one of the walls, a feeding antenna disposed in the microwave darkroom and corresponding to any position of the reflecting surface, and a test turning table disposed in the microwave darkroom and configured to bear a testing piece which is disposed in a quiet zone and exited by a plane electromagnetic wave. The feeding antenna transmits electromagnetic waves to the reflecting surface so as to generate a plane electromagnetic waves or receive electromagnetic waves from the quiet zone.
