摘要： A reduction in contaminating impurities in a TFT, and a TFT which is reliable, is obtained in a semiconductor device which uses the TFT. By removing contaminating impurities residing in a film interface of the TFT using a solution containing fluorine, a reliable TFT can be obtained.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a pixel structure capable of shielding light between a TFT and a pixel without using a light shielding mask (black matrix) in an electro-optical display device. The present invention has a feature in that, as one of means for shielding light, a lamination film consisting of two colored layers (a lamination layer of a red-colored layer and a blue-colored layer) is formed on an opposing substrate as a light shielding portion so as to overlap with a TFT formed on a device electrode.

摘要： A ground engaged vehicle includes a front portion and a rear portion joined by an articulation. The articulation rotates around a longitudinal axis. An engine drives a hydrostatic pump which drives four hydrostatic motors, each of the hydrostatic motors in operative engagement with one of four wheels. The wheels are on wheel mounts, each of the wheel mounts having a vertical axis around which one of the four wheels with one of the hydrostatic motors is turnable. A steering system turns the two wheels of the front portion in a first direction and the two wheels of the rear portion in an opposite direction. The steering system is powered by the hydrostatic pump. A pedal control system has a first pedal controlling driving the vehicle in a forward direction and a second pedal controlling driving the vehicle in a rearward direction.

摘要： The present invention provides nonvolatile semiconductor memory devices which operate with low power consumption. In a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, a plurality of nonvolatile memory elements are connected in series. The plurality of nonvolatile memory elements include a semiconductor layer including a channel forming region and a control gate provided to overlap with the channel forming region. Operations of write, erase, a first read, and a second read in a verify operation of data to the nonvolatile memory elements, are conducted by changing voltage to the control gates of the nonvolatile memory elements. The second read in the verify operation after erase operation is conducted by changing only one of a potential of the control gate of a nonvolatile memory element which are selected from the plurality of nonvolatile memory elements, and as the potential, a potential different from a potential of the first read is used.

The order of a thread topic or thread item in an ordered list may be modified based on self-learning activities performed by an information server maintaining the knowledge base. A thread topic or thread item may be moved higher in the list based on requests to view the thread topic or thread item. Further, the order that a thread item appears in an order list may be modified based on a number of responses posted for the thread item.

A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: forming a separation layer over a substrate; forming an element-formed layer over the separation layer by forming an inorganic compound layer, a first conductive layer, and a layer containing an organic compound and forming a second conductive layer which is in contact with the layer containing an organic compound and the inorganic compound layer; and separating the separation layer and the element-formed layer from each other after pasting a first flexible substrate over the second conductive layer.
