摘要: At least one computer-readable medium on which are stored instructions that, when executed by at least one processing device, enable the processing device to perform a method. The method includes determining a peak-efficiency range of a set of one or more pumps. The peak-efficiency range has an upper limit and a lower limit. The upper limit has an associated stage-down pump speed and the lower limit has an associated stage-up pump speed. The pump speed of the set of one or more pumps is determined. If the pump speed of the set of one or more pumps exceeds the stage-down pump speed, an operating pump of the set of one or more pumps is deactivated. If the pump speed of the set of one or more pumps falls below the stage-up pump speed, an operating pump is added to the set of one or more pumps.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for NAND flash memory are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method is provided for programming a NAND flash memory. The method includes precharging selected bit lines of selected memory cells with a bias voltage level while unselected bit lines maintain the inhibit voltage, applying a verify voltage to a selected word line that is coupled to the selected memory cells, and discharging the selected bit lines that are coupled to on-cells over a first time interval. The method also includes sensing a sensed voltage level on a selected bit line, loading the selected bit line with the inhibit voltage level when the sensed voltage level is above a threshold level and a program voltage when the sensed voltage level is equal to or below the threshold level, and repeating the operations of sensing and loading for each of the selected bit lines.

摘要: An apparatus and method for recovering heat from a liquid medium, including a heat exchanger having heat exchanger cells, which are thermally separate from each other, for receiving the liquid medium, each of the cells has a sensor for determining temperature of the liquid medium located therein; a pipeline for conducting drinking water and/or heating water, which pipeline extends through at least one of the cells; a supply line wherein the liquid medium is conducted; controllable flaps through which the liquid medium can be selectively fed from the supply line to the cells; a sensor for measuring temperature of the liquid medium in the supply line, the flaps are controlled in an open-loop and/or closed-loop manner such that the liquid medium is supplied from the supply line to the heat exchanger cell that has a current temperature which is the least colder than the gray water in the supply line.

摘要: A distributed data platform is able to predict whether data stored on a first network infrastructure component will be needed by a second network infrastructure component and prepares the data to be transmitted to the second network infrastructure component. The distributed data platform identifies a plurality of network infrastructure components connected to a network, and identifies data present on each component. The distributed data platform receives an indication that an event has occurred on the network and predicts whether the second network infrastructure component will require data stored by the first network infrastructure component. The distributed data platform prepares the data to be transmitted to the second network infrastructure component, and transmits the data after receiving an indication that the second network infrastructure component requires the data.

摘要: Systems and methods for processing and analyzing data collected in connection with online examinations are described herein. The methods may be implemented by one or more computing devices and may include flagging one or more proctoring events indicated by data that was obtained in connection with an exam session of a test taker, the one or more flagged proctoring events being potentially associated with one or more exam rule violations. A point value may be assigned to each of the one or more flagged proctoring events. The point value of at least one of the one or more flagged proctoring events may be adjusted with a weight, the weight being obtained based on data other than mere occurrence of the one or more flagged proctoring events. An overall risk level may be generated based on an overall score obtained by tallying together the adjusted point value or values and unadjusted point value or values, if there are any, of all of the one or more flagged proctoring events, the overall risk level indicating likelihood of exam rule violation in connection with the exam session.
