摘要: At least one computer-readable medium on which are stored instructions that, when executed by at least one processing device, enable the processing device to perform a method. The method includes determining a peak-efficiency range of a set of one or more pumps. The peak-efficiency range has an upper limit and a lower limit. The upper limit has an associated stage-down pump speed and the lower limit has an associated stage-up pump speed. The pump speed of the set of one or more pumps is determined. If the pump speed of the set of one or more pumps exceeds the stage-down pump speed, an operating pump of the set of one or more pumps is deactivated. If the pump speed of the set of one or more pumps falls below the stage-up pump speed, an operating pump is added to the set of one or more pumps.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for NAND flash memory are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method is provided for programming a NAND flash memory. The method includes precharging selected bit lines of selected memory cells with a bias voltage level while unselected bit lines maintain the inhibit voltage, applying a verify voltage to a selected word line that is coupled to the selected memory cells, and discharging the selected bit lines that are coupled to on-cells over a first time interval. The method also includes sensing a sensed voltage level on a selected bit line, loading the selected bit line with the inhibit voltage level when the sensed voltage level is above a threshold level and a program voltage when the sensed voltage level is equal to or below the threshold level, and repeating the operations of sensing and loading for each of the selected bit lines.

摘要: An object is to provide an electron gun that makes it possible to verify whether or not an electron beam emitted form a photocathode is misaligned from a designed emission center axis. The object can be achieved by an electron gun including: a light source; a photocathode; and an anode. The electron gun includes an intermediate electrode arranged between the photocathode and the anode, an electron beam shielding member configured to block a part of an electron beam, a measurement unit configured to measure an intensity of an electron beam blocked by the electron beam shielding member, and an electron beam emission direction deflector arranged between the anode and the electron beam shielding member and configured to change a position where an electron beam that passed through the anode reaches the electron beam shielding member. The intermediate electrode has an electron beam passage hole and a drift space.

摘要: A distributed data platform is able to predict whether data stored on a first network infrastructure component will be needed by a second network infrastructure component and prepares the data to be transmitted to the second network infrastructure component. The distributed data platform identifies a plurality of network infrastructure components connected to a network, and identifies data present on each component. The distributed data platform receives an indication that an event has occurred on the network and predicts whether the second network infrastructure component will require data stored by the first network infrastructure component. The distributed data platform prepares the data to be transmitted to the second network infrastructure component, and transmits the data after receiving an indication that the second network infrastructure component requires the data.

摘要: A facility for identifying multi-word expressions in a natural language sentence is described. The facility provides the sentence to each of multiple natural language processing modules including a first module, a second module, and a third module. Each natural language processing module uses a different approach to identify a multi-word expression and a type of the multi-word expression. Upon determining that the multiple identifiers of the multi-word expression differ, the facility determines the multi-word expression using a resolution process, which can involve a logical rule set or a machine learning model.

摘要: Systems, devices and methods for high-speed I/O margin testing can screen high volumes of pre-production and production parts and identify cases where the electrical characteristics have changed enough to impact operation. The margin tester disclosed is lower cost, easier to use and faster than traditional BERT and scopes and can operate on the full multi-lane I/O links in their standard operating states with full loading and cross-talk. The margin tester assesses the electrical receiver margin of an operation multi-lane high speed I/O link with a device under test simultaneously in either or both directions. In a technology-specific form, an embodiment of the margin tester can be implemented as an add-in card margin tester to test motherboard slots of a mother board under test, or as a as a motherboard with slots to test add-in cards.

摘要: The object of the present invention relates to a nanoparticulate aerosol generator comprising a compressed gas reservoir (1) connected to a nanoparticulate material receptacle (2) through an operational valve (8′), wherein said receptacle (2) comprises an outlet hole (3) for the aerosol. Advantageously, the outlet of said nanoparticulate material receptacle (2) is connected to or inserted into a pressurized aerosol distribution chamber (4) equipped with a hole (9) for the exit of said aerosol out of the chamber (4). The invention provides the possibility of using different types of nanoparticles with sizes less than 100 nanometers continuously over time during long production periods of more than three hours. The invention also relates to a method for continuously generating nanoparticulate aerosols associated with the mentioned generator.

摘要: Systems and methods for processing and analyzing data collected in connection with online examinations are described herein. The methods may be implemented by one or more computing devices and may include flagging one or more proctoring events indicated by data that was obtained in connection with an exam session of a test taker, the one or more flagged proctoring events being potentially associated with one or more exam rule violations. A point value may be assigned to each of the one or more flagged proctoring events. The point value of at least one of the one or more flagged proctoring events may be adjusted with a weight, the weight being obtained based on data other than mere occurrence of the one or more flagged proctoring events. An overall risk level may be generated based on an overall score obtained by tallying together the adjusted point value or values and unadjusted point value or values, if there are any, of all of the one or more flagged proctoring events, the overall risk level indicating likelihood of exam rule violation in connection with the exam session.
