摘要: A method of training a supervised machine learning system to detect anomalies within transaction data is described. The method includes obtaining a training set of data samples; assigning a label indicating an absence of an anomaly to unlabelled data samples in the training set; partitioning the data of the data samples in the training set into two feature sets, a first feature set representing observable features and a second feature set representing context features; generating synthetic data samples by combining features from the two feature sets that respectively relate to two different uniquely identifiable entities; assigning a label indicating a presence of an anomaly to the synthetic data samples; augmenting the training set with the synthetic data samples; and training a supervised machine learning system with the augmented training set and the assigned labels.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a plurality of spatial publishing objects (SPOs) is provided in a multidimensional space in a user interface. Each of the plurality of spatial publishing objects is associated with digital media data from at least one digital media source. The user interface has a field for the digital media data. A user is provided via the user interface with a user presence that is optionally capable of being represented in the user interface relative to the plurality of spatial publishing objects. The digital media data associated with the at least one spatial publishing object are combined to generate a media output corresponding to the combined digital media data.

摘要: An analytics system can include a display on which a plurality of images are shown, and an analytics application communicably coupled to the display. The analytics application can receive a question and hypotheses from a user using the display. The analytics application can also generate queries using a natural language module, and send the queries to a plurality of data sources. The analytics application can further receive data from the data sources in response to the queries, and evaluate the data to generate evaluated data. The analytics application can also present the evaluated data, and receive a selection of at least one data item of the evaluated data. The analytics application can further convert the at least one data item into evidence, receive a selection of the evidence applied to a hypothesis, and evaluate the hypothesis. The analytics application can also present an assessment that the hypothesis answers the question.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for hydrofracturing processes utilizing native drilling cuttings to enhance wellbore permeability. The native drilling cuttings are obtained during drilling operations and may be used in hydrofracturing applications without further grinding or processing. The native drilling cuttings can be combined into a slurry and injected into a well for the hydrofracturing application. In some cases, the native drilling cuttings are dried before combining them with the slurry.

摘要: A computing system can include a radio transceiver and tracking manager software for tracking the location of objects such as tools. Radio frequency identification tags are attached to the objects and can communicate with the radio transceiver. During an initial registration process, the tracking manager software sends an initial registration signal to each object so that the object can be identified in a registered objects file. In one instance, the tracking manager software subsequently sends periodic interrogation signals to the objects to confirm that the objects are within a certain proximity. In another instance, after completing a task a worker can check-in each object wherein the tracking manager software sends interrogation signals to the objects to confirm that all of the objects are accounted for.
