    摘要: This invention relates to metallurgy, more specifically, to wrought aluminum base alloys, and can be used for the fabrication of products with up to 350° C. working temperature range. The technical result achieved in the first and second objects of this invention is providing a new heat resistant aluminum base alloy the wrought semifinished products of which (sheets, rods, wire, die forgings products or pipes) have high strength, heat resistance and electrical conductivity.Said technical result is achieved in the first object of this invention as follows.The aluminum base alloy contains copper, manganese, zirconium, silicon, iron and chromium in the following amounts, wt. %: Copper0.6-1.5 Manganese1.2-1.8 Zirconium0.2-0.6 Silicon0.05-0.25 Iron0.1-0.4 Chromium0.01-0.3  Aluminumbalance The alloy contains zirconium in its structure in the form of Al3Zr phase nanosized particles not greater than 20 nm in size, and manganese mainly forms secondary particles of the Al20Cu2Mn3 phase not greater than 500 nm in size in a quantity of at least 2 vol. %. Said technical result is achieved in the second object of this invention as follows.The method of fabricating wrought semifinished products from said aluminum base alloy comprises producing a melt of the alloy and fabricating a cast piece by solidifying said alloy, these operations being carried out at a temperature that is at least 50° C. above the liquidus temperature.The intermediate wrought semifinished product is obtained by deforming said cast piece at a temperature of within 350° C. in two stages with an intermediate 340-450° C. anneal.Then the intermediate wrought semifinished product is annealed at 340-450° C., and wrought semifinished product is obtained by deforming the intermediate wrought semifinished product at room temperature. Finally the wrought semifinished product is annealed at 300-400° C.

    摘要: An improved disposable electrochemical test sensor designed to facilitate sampling of fluid samples. It has a fluid chamber having a novel extra wide sampling entrance. The chamber provides a reservoir from which a sample fluid can be drawn into the chamber through capillary action. The novel extra wide sampling entrance of the test sensor provided by the present invention can draw blood into the chamber not only from the front of the sampling entrance as usual in convenient sensors, but also from the top, bottom, left corner and right corner of the sampling entrance. Thus it allows easy targeting the samples with small volume, picking up smeared samples and it is more tolerant to users who jam the tip of the sensor into users' finger.

    摘要: The present invention relates to disposable test sensors having improved sample application and measuring properties and their uses for detection, preferably, quantitative measurement, of analyte in a liquid sample like blood. In particular, the invention provides for an electrochemical biosensor which has a thin-layer fluid chamber having funnel-like shape with a novel extra wide opening as sampling entrance and a vent opening at the tip of the chamber for air escape. The thin-layer fluid chamber provides a reservoir from which a sample fluid can be drawn into it through capillary action. The extra wide sampling entrance provided by the present invention can draw blood into the chamber through any part of the opening, thus it allows easy targeting the samples with small volume, picking up smeared samples and it is more tolerant to users who jam the tip of the sensor into users' finger.
