    摘要： A method for using tracking tags to control mobile cameras to determine and capture desired perspective views of objects of interest (OOIs), includes locating each OOI and determining an orientation of each OOI. A second location of each mobile camera is determined with an orientation of each mobile camera; the method includes controlling, based upon the first and second location, and the orientations, the mobile camera to maintain desired perspective views of the OOIs despite movement of the OOIs. The method executes on a system for controlling a mobile camera including tracking tags configured with each OOI and tracking tags configured with the mobile cameras. A tracking apparatus having at least three receivers positioned around an operational area receives locate signals from the tracking tags to determining location data and a processor determines movement plans for the mobile cameras.

    摘要： Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for setting an access privilege. The method includes: acquiring Internet Protocol (IP) addresses having a access frequency to a target application greater than or equal to a frequency threshold, selecting IP addresses accessing more than one applications per time unit from the IP addresses as to-be-processed IP addresses to generate a to-be-processed IP address set; acquiring access information, related to an access of a target application, of the to-be-processed IP address; acquiring a plurality of target IP addresses in the to-be-processed IP address set based on the access information, determining a probability of access through a gateway by a terminal pointed by each target IP address; and selecting a preset proportion or a preset number of target IP addresses from the plurality of target IP addresses in a descending order of the probability to set the access privilege.

    摘要： A method for determining exposure levels of an image-sensor pixel array includes (a) storing a first plurality of pixel values representing a first captured image, captured with the image sensor in an applied exposure configuration, each distinct region of the pixel array having a respective first exposure level, (b) determining pixel-value global statistics, (c) estimating, from the global statistics, a global pixel value of the first captured image, (d) determining, for each distinct region, a respective local statistics of the first pixel values, (e) assigning, to each distinct region, a respective scale factor based on the local statistics of the distinct region, (f) determining a refined exposure configuration including, for each distinct region, a second exposure level proportional to a product of its respective first exposure level and its respective scale factor, and (g) capturing second pixel values with the image sensor configured in the refined exposure configuration.

    摘要： A new lip balm applicator comprises an upper portion and a lower portion that are interengageably connected to one another to define the applicator, and a support assembly for supporting a solidified lip balm material within the applicator. The support assembly comprises supporting ribs formed on an inner surface of the lower portion and a lower opening having a closing lid, whereby the solidified lip balm material circumvents at least part of the supporting ribs. A novel method for manufacturing the lip balm applicator comprises interengaging the upper and lower portions of the lip balm applicator and pouring a liquefied lip balm material into the lower opening until at least part of the projecting supporting ribs are covered by the liquefied balm material and solidified.
