The bottle-supporting assembly is secured onto the panel with the support bars extending through the apertures of the panel and the support bars are suitable to support the bottles such that the bottles are substantially perpendicular to the support panel. The bottle supporting assembly may be supplied in the form of a kit.

摘要: This invention relates to a method of predicting progression of an inflammatory condition in a subject, which involves providing a medium comprising hyaluronan or a fragment thereof; contacting the medium with a fluid sample from a subject with an inflammatory condition, where the fluid sample comprises proteins or proteoglycans and a transfer agent; incubating the fluid sample with the medium under conditions effective for the transfer agent in the fluid sample to mediate transfer of heavy chains from the proteins or proteoglycans to the hyaluronan or a fragment thereof to form a complex; detecting, using an antibody, occurrence levels of the complex; and comparing occurrence levels of the complex from said detecting to a reference standard to predict progression of an inflammatory condition in the subject. Also disclosed are methods of tailoring treatment of an inflammatory condition and quantifying local inflammatory activity in a body fluid.

摘要: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium and storage server computing device that allocates monotonically increasing sequence numbers to storage operations based on an order of the storage operations corresponding entries in a log. The storage operations are sequenced including by identifying a subset of the storage operations that are parallelizable. A file system data structure is allocated and populated with data associated with one of the storage operations. A determination is made when a rollback is detected based on whether a replay ledger index field of the file system data structure comprises one of the sequence numbers that is greater than another one of the sequence number corresponding to the one of the storage operations. The another one of the sequence numbers is inserted into the replay ledger index field, when the determining indicates that a rollback is not detected.

The cache storage resources are dynamically partitioned among each of the current workloads based on the determined configuration.

摘要: Fault isolation capabilities made available by user space can be provided for a embedded network storage system without sacrificing efficiency. By giving user space processes direct access to specific devices (e.g., network interface cards and storage adapters), processes in a user space can initiate Input/Output requests without issuing system calls (and entering kernel mode). The multiple user spaces processes can initiate requests serviced by a user space device driver by sharing a read-only address space that maps the entire physical memory one-to-one. In addition, a user space process can initiate communication with another user space process by use of transmit and receive queues similar to transmit and receiver queues used by hardware devices. And, a mechanism of ensuring that virtual addresses that work in one address space reference the same physical page in another address space is used.

Also disclosed is a method for monitoring Alzheimer's disease progression in a subject, involving providing a sample from a subject with Alzheimer's disease, subjecting the sample to a spectroscopic analysis to produce a spectroscopic signature for the sample, comparing the spectroscopic signature for the sample to a prior spectroscopic signature from the subject or to a spectroscopic signature standard for a specific stage of Alzheimer's disease, and determining the progression of Alzheimer's disease in the subject based on said comparing.
