    摘要: A lateral electric field type liquid crystal display (LCD) device comprises a first substrate formed with a plurality of first electrodes and at least one second electrode, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the two substrates. Each first electrode comprises an array of electrode segments and every adjacent first and second electrodes have a minimum spacing smaller than a maximum spacing in between. Each second electrode is a strip electrode or also comprises an array of electrode segments. Each electrode segment is a V-shape electrode rotated with an angle or an electrode segment having at least an extruded portion and at least an intruded portion. The array of electrode segments may be a sinusoidal electrode. The first and second electrodes are oriented in parallel with or at a specific angle with respect to the data line of the lateral electric field type LCD device.

    摘要: A storage device with wireless router function includes a main module having a base board, and a network connector. A USB controller, a memory and a router chip are located on the base board. One end of the base board is equipped with a first connector. The USB controller, the memory and the first connector are coupled with the router chip. The storage device performs a data storage function via electrically plugging the first connector to an electronic product and accessing data in the memory. The network connector is electrically connected to the router chip of the base board. The network connector is capable of being further connected to a local area network via a wire link so as to make the storage device perform a wireless router function through the router chip providing a wireless LAN to wirelessly connect the electronic product with an internet.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a stacked multilayer structure, including the steps of forming a first circuit layer with bumps on a substrate, punching an aluminum plate to form recesses corresponding to the bumps, forming openings in a plastic film including a glass fiber layer corresponding to the bumps, pressing the aluminum plate, the plastic film and the substrate, removing the aluminum plate, polishing to level the resulting surface, forming a second circuit layer connected to the first circuit layer, and finally removing the substrate to form the stacked multilayer structure. Because the glass fiber layer in the plastic film is not exposed after polishing, the thickness of the dielectric layer is uniform and the reliability of the circuit layer is improved so as to increase the yield.

    摘要: According to one exemplary embodiment, a method for storing and rebuilding data computes a corresponding parity after receiving an Input/Output command, and based on the parity, determines whether a final stripe corresponding to the Input/Output command is a full stripe. When the final stripe is a full stripe, a plurality of data and a parity corresponding to the Input/Output command are stored into a main hyper erase unit (HEU) in a disk storage system. When the final stripe is not a full stripe, a final parity is re-computed and written into at least two parity pages of a buffering HEU.

    摘要: A fixing apparatus with wireless charging is provided, including a base unit, at least a stop element and a charging module. The base unit includes a placement surface, and the stop element is disposed at the base unit and protrudes above the placement surface. When an electronic device is placed upon the placement surface, the stop element is located at the edge of the electronic device to prevent from sliding off the placement surface. The charging module is disposed inside the base unit, located at a location corresponding to the placement surface. The charging module includes at least a transmitting induction coil and a control circuit unit. As such, the fixing apparatus can charge an electronic device through the charging module by electromagnetic induction when the electronic device is placed upon the fixing apparatus.
