摘要: Various embodiments include techniques for performing self-synchronizing remote memory operations in a multiprocessor computing system. During a remote memory operation in the multiprocessor computing system, a source processing unit transmits multiple segments of data to a destination processing. For each segment of data, the source processing unit transmits a remote memory operation to the destination processing unit that includes associated metadata that identifies the memory location of a corresponding synchronization object. The remote memory operation along with the metadata is transmitted as a single unit to the destination processing unit. The destination processing unit splits the operation into the remote memory operation and the memory synchronization operation. As a result, the source processing unit avoids the need to perform a separate memory synchronization operation, thereby reducing inter-processor communications and increasing performance of remote memory operations.

摘要: Various embodiments include a computer memory system that dynamically adjusts a memory device performance feature, such as dynamic assist control, dynamic turbo mode, and/or the like, to improve the performance of memory devices in the memory system. The memory system enables or disables the memory device performance feature based on the operating voltage relative to a threshold voltage. If the operating voltage crosses the threshold voltage in one direction, then the memory device system enables the memory device performance feature. If the operating voltage crosses the threshold voltage in another direction, then the memory system disables the memory device performance feature. Various techniques enable the memory device performance feature to be employed even with complex integrated circuits that may include tens of thousands of devices that employ the memory device performance feature.

摘要: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores a printer driver. The printer driver causes the processor of a computing device to function as a printer driver core section and a print setup user interface section and causes these sections to perform the following processing. The processing includes: defining an area in a PrintTicket to create a first PrintTicket, by the printer driver core section; operating a display section of the computing device to display the print setup screen, and incorporating another PrintTicket into the area of the first PrintTicket to create a second PrintTicket, by the print setup user interface section, where the another PrintTicket includes a description of information about another print feature having been inputted on the print setup screen. The processing further includes converting the second PrintTicket into a third PrintTicket which can be interpreted by the print device, by the printer driver core section.

摘要: An automatic rifle bolt carrier with a fluted boss for the AR15/M16 family of firearms has been provided. The rear of the bolt carrier has been provided with a boss having bearing surfaces which are in operational contact with the interior of the host firearm's upper receiver to prevent the carrier from tilting while it is reciprocating during normal operation. The boss and rearward end of the bolt carrier are provided with flutes which allow water to flow between the buffer tube and upper receiver while the bolt carrier is reciprocating during normal operation, enabling a properly equipped firearm to be used during over the beach operations. The bolt carrier also includes a scallop cut located about the top of its backmost end which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bolt carrier.

摘要: The field of the invention is that of oral pharmaceutical medicinal products or compositions, more particularly of the type of those comprising one or more active principles. The aim of the invention is to provide an improved oral medicinal product that can be administered in one or more daily doses, with modified release of active principle (in particular an active principle), for improving the prophylactic and therapeutic efficacy of such a medicinal product. This aim is achieved by means of the multimicrocapsular oral pharmaceutical form according to the invention in which the release of the AP is controlled by means of a double mechanism of triggering the release: “time triggering” and “pH triggering”. This medicinal product comprises microcapsules with modified release of active principle, each containing a core comprising the active principle and one or more swelling agents, and at least one coating making possible the modified release of the active principle.

摘要: A motorcycle wheel changing tool is presented that utilizes a rolling carriage that immobilizes the front or back wheel utilizing flat steel swing arms and a tension spring that holds the wheel in place with a knockout retaining rod through the wheel. The entire unit can be rolled and/or lifted in place to work in conjunction with a motorcycle stand. There is a folding handle that expands or contracts to accommodate different size tire/wheel widths and can pull the unit. The rolling wheels can be raised or lowered for different motorcycles depending on the height of the bike in relation to the wheel stand. Additionally, four large eye hooks can be raised or lowered to secure the wheel. Two threaded rods are utilized that secure both angle ends in place to secure the unit so that it is perpendicular to the wheel and keeps the unit from flexing.

摘要: A method of supporting vocabulary and language learning by positioning at least one microphone so as to capture speech in the listening environment of a learner. The microphone is monitored to develop a speech signal. The speech signal is analyzed to determine at least one characteristic of the speech or vocalization, wherein the characteristic indicates a qualitative or quantitative feature of the speech. The determined characteristic is compared to a preselected standard or such characteristic is tracked to show growth over time and the comparison or growth is reported to the person associated with the speech signal or person who potentially can affect the language environment of the learner.
