摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for user equipment (UE) device-to-device sidelink wireless communications with transmit power adjustments provided through transmit power control requests. A group of UEs may use sidelink groupcast transmissions for communications, and a sidelink groupcast transmitter may increase or decrease transmission power of the groupcast transmissions for more efficient and reliable transmissions. Each UE that receives groupcast transmissions from the sidelink groupcast transmitter may have a different set of wireless resources that may be used to transmit a transmit power control indication to request higher or lower transmit power at the transmitting UE. Alternatively, wireless resources for providing the transmit power indications may be separately provided for TPC-UP indications and for TPC-DOWN indications.

摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some systems may support wireless communications in high frequency millimeter wave (mmW) bands, such as frequency range 4 (FR4) or other frequency ranges. To support such communications, a base station may dynamically configure a cyclic prefix (CP) length for single carrier waveform communications. The base station may determine the CP length to handle a beam switching delay, a delay spread of a physical propagation channel, or both. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may provide feedback to the base station, and the base station may configure the UE with a CP length based on the feedback. The base station may transmit a configuration message to a UE indicating the configured CP length. A single carrier waveform with the configured CP length may maintain a symbol-level alignment with other supported waveforms, such as orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) waveforms.

摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, indications of capability levels of the UE. Each capability level of the UE may correspond to a respective beam group supported by the UE in a UE cooperation mode. The UE may include sets of antenna components at the UE or distributed across the UE and on or more other devices in the UE cooperation mode. Each set of antenna components may form the respective beam groups. The base station may receive the capability levels of the UE and select an activated capability level for the UE from the reported capability levels. The base station may signal the activated capability level to the UE and perform communications with the UE according to the activated capability level and the corresponding beam group.

An example method of a first wireless device operating based on a RAT includes receiving a sidelink resource reservation from a second wireless device based on a second RAT, the sidelink resource reservation indicating a first set of resources. The example method further includes determining whether to exclude, from a candidate resource set for the first RAT within a sidelink resource pool for the first RAT, resources that overlap with the set of reserved resources for the second RAT. The example method further includes transmitting a sidelink transmission using one or more sidelink transmission resources selected from the candidate resource set in the sidelink resource pool for the first RAT.

摘要： Compute-in-memory (CIM) bit cell array circuits include CIM bit cell circuits for multiply-accumulate operations. The CIM bit cell circuits include a memory bit cell circuit for storing a weight data in true and complement form. The CIM bit cell circuits include a true pass-gate circuit and a complement pass-gate circuit for generating a binary product of the weight data and an activation input on a product node. An RWL circuit couples the product node to a ground voltage for initialization.
