    摘要: A plasma processing system includes a chamber, a gas supply unit, a gas exhaust unit, a separating unit, a boost unit and an accumulation unit. The chamber is configured to process a target substrate by plasma of a gaseous mixture of a rare gas and a processing gas. The gas supply unit is configured to supply the rare gas and the processing gas into the chamber. The gas exhaust unit is configured to exhaust a gas containing the rare gas from the chamber. The separating unit is configured to separate the rare gas from the gas exhausted by the gas exhaust unit. The boost unit is configured to boost the rare gas separated by the separating unit. The accumulation unit is configured to accumulate the rare gas boosted by the boost unit and supply the accumulated first rare gas to the gas supply unit.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for electrical detection of a finger print has a reduced number of interconnect signals between a sensor area and a substrate and an electronic circuit for excitation and detection of the finger print compared to a single-chip finger print sensor. The individual signals are connected internally at the sensor substrate in such a way that the response from the individual sensor elements can be separated from each other. Cross-talk is reduced by keeping the sensor outputs at a constant potential, thus eliminating the effect of capacitive coupling between different sensor outputs and also between sensor outputs and a ground or reference potential.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for shaping an essentially flat-surfaced blank (10) to form a shell body (34), comprising the following steps: forming at least one flat-surfaced, buckling-stable insert (12) which is adapted to form, dimension and deformation properties of the flat-surfaced blank (10); forming a blank (14) to be deformed and at least one buckling-stable insert (16, 16′, 16″) to be deformed from the flat-surfaced blank (10, 10′) and the at least one flat-surfaced buckling-stable insert (12, 12′); placing and clamping the blank (14) to be deformed and the at least one buckling-stable insert (16, 16′, 16″) relative to one another and deforming the blank (14) together with the at least one buckling-stable insert (16, 16′, 16″) to be deformed in order to form the shell body, using at least one forming tool (32) that acts upon the front or inner side (20) of the blank (14) to be deformed or the at least one insert (16) to be deformed which is provided as a support. The invention also relates to the use of said shell body (34) to produce rotationally symmetric and/or not rotationally symmetric shell-shaped components.

    摘要: An apparatus configured for displacing fluid from a fluid container comprises first and second actuators configured to be movable together until the first actuator compresses a first part of the fluid container and then moveable independently until the second actuator compresses a second part of the fluid container. Fluid containers comprise a first vessel, a second vessel, and a sealing partition preventing fluid flow from the second vessel and further include piercing means for piercing the sealing partition to permit fluid flow from the second vessel. A fluid container comprises a vessel configured to be collapsed to displace fluid from the vessel, a housing surrounding at least a portion of the vessel, and a floating compression plate movably disposed within the housing and configured to permit an external actuator to press the compression plate into the vessel to collapse the vessel and displace the fluid contents therefrom.
