Various embodiments may provide an air electrode assembly including an air electrode supported on a buoyant platform such that the air electrode is above a surface of a volume of electrolyte when the buoyant platform is floating in the electrolyte.

Abstract: Systems and methods for determining time in a computing device may include a computing device receiving a conditional access time, determining whether the conditional access time is greater than or equal to a bit limitation, incrementing a counter value in response to determining that the conditional access time is greater than or equal to the bit limitation, and determining a current time value based on an epoch start date, the counter value, the bit limitation, and the conditional access time. A server device may be configured to determine whether the conditional access time is greater than or equal to the bit limitation, incrementing a counter value in response to determining that the conditional access time is greater than or equal to the bit limitation, and update the conditional access time based on a current time value, the counter value, the bit limitation, and an epoch start date.

Abstract: Methods and devices are disclosed for supporting emergency service calls using dynamic service set identifier (SSID) deployment in a wireless communication network. An access point may receive an emergency service call request from a user device. The access point may also send a message with information about the received emergency service call request to a wireless network manager, and determine whether determining whether to serve the emergency service call request based on a response message received from the wireless network manager. In response to determining to serve the emergency service call request, the access point may create a new service set identifier (SSID) with emergency service call capability.

Abstract: Various aspects include methods and devices for implementing the methods for error checking a memory system. Aspects may include receiving, from a row buffer of a memory, access data corresponding to a column address of a memory access, in which the row buffer has data of an activation unit of the memory corresponding to a row address of the memory access, determining multiple error correction codes (ECCs) for the access data using the column address, and checking the access data for an error utilizing at least one of the multiple ECCs. In some aspects, the multiple ECCs may include a first ECC having data from an access unit of the memory corresponding with the column address, and at least one second ECC having data from the access unit and data from the activation unit other than from the access unit.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure include a scalable distributed computing and network system that is configured to update multitude of passive devices in many isolated networks. The system may include a centralized update service (CUS) computing device that receives a firmware file, generates a firmware profile, identifies passive devices that include outdated firmware, select one of the identified passive devices as a test device, and send the firmware file to the test device through intermediates and proxy agents. The CUS computing device receives feedback from the test device, generates a trust score for the firmware file based on the received feedback, and determine whether to send the firmware file to the other identified passive devices based on the generated trust score.

A computing device may be configured to obtain the media content based on a received media content identifier and segment the media content into scenes. The computing device may analyze viewer engagement metrics to identify a scene associated with a viewer engagement score that exceeds a threshold, select video frames from the identified scene, and identify primary objects in the series of images in the scene. The computing device may add a bounding box around the identified primary objects in one or more selected frames and perform text extraction within the bounding box. The computing device may determine object attributes of the identified primary objects, querying a database to identify topics of interest (ToIs) based on the extracted text and the determined object attributes, and performing a responsive action in response to identifying the one or more ToIs.
