摘要: A device is described for making independent contact with two battery cells, having a basic body comprising a through-opening (6). To enable not only an easier, modular assembly process, but also a quick replacement of individual battery cells, it is suggested that the basic body (1) comprises two receiving bodies (2,3) positioned opposite to the through-opening (6) for circumferential taking hold of one end portion each of the battery cells inserted in the receiving bodies (2,3) in a joining direction, wherein a contact spring (7) is inserted in a guide corridor (9) of the first receiving body (2) which leads into the through-opening (6) for bonded connection of the contact spring (7) with the battery cell inserted in the second receiving body (3), and that the contact spring (7) forms contact tongues (8) for releasable connection of the battery cell inserted in the first receiving body (2).

摘要: The invention relates to a battery module having with a main body (1) for accommodating individual battery cells (4) arranged in parallel with respect to a joining axis (2), which main body forms a flow channel (6) extending transversely to the joining axis (2) for a temperature-control fluid flowing directly against the cell shells of the battery cells (4). In order not only to reduce the risk of thermal damage to individual battery cells (4) during peak loads, but also to prevent the propagation of a chain reaction in the event of a thermal runaway fault, it is proposed that, for each battery cell (4), a burst protection sleeve (7, 8), which surrounds the battery cell (4) circumferentially with a clearance by forming an air gap (10), is mounted upstream and downstream of the flow channel (6) in the direction of the joining axis (2), wherein the flow channel (6) extends over a height of 28-60% of the battery cell (4) and each burst protection sleeve (7, 8) extends separately over a height of 20-36% of the battery cell (4).

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the automatic correction of the position of individual faults (H(n)) of a track formed by rails (16) and sleepers (9) with a track tamping machine (2). After the left and right rails have been surveyed independently by means of an inertial measuring unit (11), the length and position of the individual fault (TAMP, S, E) to be corrected is determined by taking into account a limit value of the individual faults (FLIM) and a maximum extension (smax) in the longitudinal direction of the track (s). The tamping units (7) of the tamping machine (s) are positioned exactly at the starting point (S) and end the tamping at the end point (E) of the determined track correction section (TAMP). Both track sections (FLI,FRE) are tamped and corrected simultaneously.

摘要: A method and a device are described for creating a pattern (7) of a first fluid in a second fluid, the density of which is adapted, as a function of the viscosity thereof, to the density of the first fluid, and wherein the two fluids are immiscible or are miscible only with difficulty, said device comprising a storage container (1) for the first fluid and an injector which is connected to the storage container (1) and is associated with a positioning unit (5). In order to make it possible to create floating patterns (7) of a first fluid in a second fluid, in particular in the food sector for creating predefined floating patterns (7) in beverages, it is proposed that the injector forms a capillary (3) which is connected to the storage container (1) via a metering device (4) and the length of which corresponds at least to the maximum pattern depth in the second fluid, and that the outlet tip (9) of the capillary (3) is movable by way of the positioning unit (5) in the longitudinal direction of the capillary (3) and in at least one direction transverse thereto.

摘要: A building complex consisting of multi-storey ring-shaped buildings (R) is described, said ring-shaped buildings having sectors (1) which are trapezoidal in plan view, form a regular polygon ring and enclose a courtyard having a central stairwell (4), the storeys (3) of said sectors being uniformly offset from one another in the height direction and being connected to the stairwell (4) by passages (5) which run in a spoke-like fashion, said stairwell having a staircase which circulates in the direction of ascent of the storeys and which has a height of ascent (a) between the passages (5) corresponding to the storey offset (h). In order to connect the individual ring-shaped buildings (R) to one another, it is proposed that, in the case of ring-shaped buildings (R) comprising an even-numbered polygon ring, the mutually identical ring-shaped buildings (R) are arranged at the vertices of a polygon corresponding to the polygon ring and, in the case of ring-shaped buildings (R) comprising an odd-numbered polygon ring, said ring-shaped buildings are arranged in an alternating fashion, in each case offset through an angle of 180°, at the vertices of a polygon having twice the number of vertices, and that the ring-shaped buildings (R) following one another along the polygon are connected by passages (6) which run between the storeys (3) of the mutually opposite connecting sectors with a corresponding storey offset.

摘要: An insulation system for a water heater storage tank containing water heated to a temperature higher than ambient is provided. The water heater tank has a substantially cylindrical shape and a generally circular top portion from which one or more pipes extend. A top insulation structure having two half-moon shaped insulation segments lies on the top portion insulating most of it against heat loss to the ambient environment. The insulation segments each comprise an envelope of pliable heat-resistant sheet material enclosing shapeable insulating filler material of particles. The envelopes are deformable to conformingly fit between and around pipes projecting up from the top of the water heater. An insulating jacket extends around and covers a substantial portion of a radially outwardly disposed surface of the water heater tank.

摘要: A method and device for compacting the ballast bed of a track, especially in the region of a switch, comprising a switch tamping machine (1), which is fitted with a tamping unit (4), a lifting and lining device (2) comprising at least one pair of roller pincers (6) and at least one lifting hook (7) for lining the track position, and which is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner on the machine frame (2) in the longitudinal direction of the machine. In order to provide advantageous lining conditions, it is proposed that a switch component measuring system (3), which is provided upstream of the lifting and lining device (2) in the working direction (C), is provided for the position-dependent measurement of the position of the switch components.

摘要: A system and method for training a student employ a simulation station that displays output to the student and receives input. The computer system has a rules engine operating on it and computer accessible data storage storing (i) learning object data including learning objects configured to provide interaction with the student at the simulation system and (ii) rule data defining a plurality of rules accessed by the rules engine. The rules data includes, for each rule, respective (a) if-portion data defining a condition of data and (b) then-portion data defining an action to be performed at the simulation station. The rules engine causes the computer system to perform the action when the condition of data is present in the data storage. For at least some of the rules, the action comprises output of one of the learning objects so as to interact with the student.
