摘要: Disclosed herein is sabot for a sub-caliber projectile comprising a plurality of petals, such that a slip mechanism can be incorporated between the sabot petals and the pusher mechanism to decrease or prevent the sabot from rotating in a rifled gun bore, or the petals themselves can be separated into forward petals and aft petals, with only the aft petals rotating along with the gun rifle. When separate forward petals and aft petals are used, the torque transferred to the forward petals is greatly reduced, thus decreasing the angular rotation of the forward petals with the intent of preventing the forward petals from rotating. The slip mechanism has slip plates with low-coefficient of friction surfaces configured to contact adjacent slip plates prior to and during launch. As assembly, a system, and corresponding methods also are disclosed.

摘要: A sleep shell is provided comprising a flexibly foldable sheet material having complementary engageable side enclosures enabled to surround at least a user's torso. The sheet material has aligned recessed neck openings to form a neck hole when folded and at least a pair of complementary fasteners engageable with one another and disposed substantially toward the top side of the sheet material. An arm opening is also provided disposed selectively between top and bottom of the sheet material. The shell can be used for sleeping or as a blanket and allows a user to become ambulatory while wearing it.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a computer-implemented method for preparation of an electronic document with a plurality of signing users, comprising associating an unsigned, encrypted document with at least a first authenticated user code for a first signing user and a second authenticated user code for a second signing user, sending the document to the signing users, decrypting the document; generating a first electronic signature from the first signing user's authenticated user code and a second electronic signature from the second signing user's authenticated user code, appending signatures to the document, duplicating the document and assigning ownership separately for each signing user, encrypting each signed document, and transferring the signed and encrypted documents to electronic vaults associated with the signing users.
