Abstract:
Methods and systems for management of cloud computing resources are described herein. A management server for a cloud of physical computing resources may assign states to individual physical computing resources or groups of physical computing resources. The states may include a disabled state, in which only administrator access to the resources is permitted; an enabled state, in which user access to the resources is permitted; a restricted state, in which some, but not all user requests to the resources are permitted; and an unmanaged state, in which no communications between the resources and the management server are permitted.
Abstract:
A multilayer electronic structure comprising a plurality of dielectric layers extending in an X-Y plane and comprising at least one coaxial pair of stacked posts extending through at least one dielectric layer in a Z direction that is substantially perpendicular to the X-Y plane, wherein the coaxial pair of stacked via posts comprises a central post surrounded by a torroidal via post separated from the central post by a separating tube of dielectric material.
Abstract:
Methods and systems for managing cloud zones are described herein. A management server for a cloud of computing resources may add private zones to the cloud. The private zones may contain computers owned and operated by a user of the cloud, such as a cloud customer, rather than the cloud operator. The management server may manage the computing resources in the private zone by sending commands to an agent, which in turn relays the management server's commands to the individual computing resources. The agent may be authenticated using a token.
Abstract:
Each of a plurality of thread boundaries comprises functionality to be performed for a given event by a single thread. A plurality of queues through which events may be routed may be coupled to the thread boundaries. A plurality of tasks may be configured in a defined relationship, each task being associated with a thread boundary and comprising a unit of code for performing a specific function. Resources may be allocated to thread boundaries based on queue depth.
Abstract:
A dual damascene structure with improved profiles and reduced defects and method of forming the same, the method including forming a first dielectric over a conductive area; forming a first dielectric insulator over the first dielectric; forming a first opening in the first dielectric insulator; lining the opening with a second dielectric; forming a second dielectric insulator over the first dielectric insulator; forming a second opening in the second dielectric insulator overlying and communicating with the first opening; and, filling the first and second openings with a conductive material to electrically communicate with the conductive area.
Abstract:
A power supply device with an electromagnetic compatibility heatsink, the power supply device has a circuit board, multiple electric elements and a housing and the electromagnetic compatibility heatsink has a shield and at lease one fin. The shield abuts the bottom of the circuit board and has at least one side edge. The at least one fin is formed on the side edge of the shield, extends up and touches the electric elements. When the electric elements converts alternating current to the direct current, electromagnetic waves and heat are generated. The heat is drawn from the electric elements to the fin and is conducted to the shield to dissipate and cool the electric elements. The shield blocks the electromagnetic waves and provides electromagnetic compatibility. The shield and the fin are formed together so the power supply device only needs one part improve electromagnetic compatibility and implement a cooling capability.

Abstract:
An improved terminal includes a through slot adapted for passage of an electrical wire. The terminal has one end provided with a clamp plate and a fastening plate adapted to secure a sheath and core wire of the electrical wire. The terminal is provided with through holes on two opposed side walls thereof at an intermediate section. Each of the through holes has an elastic curved urging plate extending from a side that is proximate to a front end of the terminal. The terminal further has a slot formed in a bottom side near the front end. An abutting plate extends into the slot. Two opposed depressed curved faces are formed on both side walls of the slot.
