A plurality of base teeth protrude downwardly from the lower edge. The apparatus further comprises a grapple including a first grapple arm hingeably attached to the box member, a second grapple arm hingeably attached to the box member, and a cross member joined to a distal ends of the first and second grapple arms. A plurality of grapple teeth extend outwardly from the cross member. The grapple is movable from a closed position in which the grapple teeth are interspersed with the base teeth, to an open position in which the grapple teeth are separated from the base teeth.

The bucket framework defines a lateral side wall comprised of a plurality of openings, and a forward perimeter defining a front opening. The apparatus is further comprised of a rotational assembly comprising a mounting fixture comprising at least one attachment feature, a rotatable driven member joined to the back wall of the bucket assembly, a rotatable driving member coupled to the rotatable driven member; and a rotary drive power source operatively connected to the rotatable driving member and joined to the mounting fixture. The mounting fixture may include attachment features. A first attachment feature may comprise an upper lip extending rearwardly and downwardly from a mating plate, with second and third attachment features comprising first and second brackets extending outwardly from the mating plate.

    摘要： A truck bed is releasably attached to a pair of spaced operating arms, which are mounted on the truck frame either to be moved up and down on the frame with arcuate, translational movement about a pair of spaced, parallel shafts that extend transversely of the frame, or to be pivoted at one end about one of the shafts in order to dump a load from the bed. A manually operable selector mechanism is provided, and in one position releasably secures one end of the operating members for pivotal movement about one of the shafts, while at the same time releasably securing the second shaft to the operating members for pivotal movement therewith. In its other position the selector mechanism releases the second shaft from the operating members and secures it against any movement while releasing said one ends of the operating members for translational movement, so that upon operation of an associated drive mechanism the two members are swung with arcuate, translational movement about the shafts. Whenever the bed is raised with translational movement it is automatically detached from the operating members so that it can be held by collapsible legs, or the like, in an elevated position above the truck frame. Conversely, when the bed is lowered by the members it is automatically reattached to the members. Several embodiments of the bed detaching and reattaching means are illustrated.

    摘要： A sun tracker for use on a sun following device such as a concentrating solar collector. The sun tracker includes two spaced apart photosensitive elements which are separated by an opaque splitter plate so that when the splitter plate points directly at the sun the photosensitive devices are uniformly excited. The west facing surface of the splitter plate is reflective so that movement into alignment with the sun can be achieved even after long periods during which the sun is obscured by clouds. The outer edge of the splitter plate is arcuately formed so that excitation of the photocells is substantially independent of the angular orientation of the sun tracker.
