An exemplary embodiment relates to a method comprising monitoring energy usage within a facility to generate energy usage data (“EUD”), analyzing the EUD to determine a short-term energy requirement (“STER”) and a long-term energy requirement (“LTER”) of the facility, obtaining energy market data (“EMD”) of energy, the EMD including energy rate fluctuation data, and obtaining a pre-determined amount of energy from a utility provider, the pre-determined amount being determined as a function of at least one of the STER, the LTER, and the EMD.

The exemplary “Safe City” environment uses streaming video technologies, multi-function open source software, and high compression capabilities. Surveillance data of a predetermined geographical area may obtained using a computing arrangement, analyzing the surveillance data to detect at least one of a predetermined activity and a predetermined behavior of a entity within the predetermined geographical area, and adjusting at least one operation within the predetermined geographical area based on the at least one predetermined activity and predetermined behavior of the entity.

    摘要: A method of increasing the productivity of oil, gas and hydrogeological wells has the steps of performing a slot unloading, providing a cyclical treatment of a near well zone with a formation-treating substance, with a use of cutting slots, determining a region to be treated, selecting a corresponding volume of a treating technological composition, and introducing the volume into a formation to be treated, and subdividing the method into a two stages including a first stage performed by a partial slot unloading of a near well zone so as to remove a main part of support stresses, and a second stage of removing a remaining part of support stresses by a cyclical treatment of the well with a formation-treating substance with control by the density of the rock to be treated and performing a corresponding correction.
