    摘要: A scroll compressor includes: a frame fixedly installed in the casing to support a rotary shaft of the driving motor and having a second suction opening at its one side and a second discharge opening at its other side; a fixed scroll fixedly installed at the frame and having a first suction opening at its edgemost and a first discharge opening at its central portion; an orbiting scroll forming a first compression chamber by being engaged with the fixed scroll; a self-rotation preventing member interposed between the frame and the orbiting scroll for preventing a self-rotation of the orbiting scroll; and a vane making a linear movement in a radial direction of the frame according to an orbiting movement of the orbiting scroll, and forming between the frame and the orbiting scroll a second compression chamber including a spaces where the second suction and discharge opening exists.

    摘要: An oil feeding propeller of a scroll compressor for preventing deterioration of oil feeding generated when a rotation shaft is rotated in reverse is disclosed. The propeller is tightly fitted into the lower side of the oil passage of the rotation shaft, sucks oil into the shell due to rotation shaft of shaft to raise oil to a compression part of the scroll compressor. The propeller includes a plate without operative direction for feeding oil in a predetermined direction so as to raise a predetermined quantity of oil regardless of the rotation direction shaft.

    摘要: An apparatus for varying the capacity in a scroll compressor, comprising: an orbiting scroll provided with a wrap filling portion which is stepped at a certain height, extending the entire inside of a wrap from an outer end portion of the wrap; a fixed scroll provided with a stepped wrap obtained by stepping a wrap corresponding to the wrap filling portion of the orbiting scroll and being in meshing arrangement with the orbiting scroll; a connection passage for connecting compression pockets formed by the outer wrap portion of the orbiting scroll and the inside of the wrap of the fixed scroll opposed to the outside of the outer wrap portion with the suction opening; and an opening/closing unit for opening or closing the connection passage such that the suction opening side and the compression pockets can be connected and disconnected to each other, so that manufacturing unit cost can not only be reduced but also greatly widen a range of varying the capacity.

    摘要: To a hermetic compressor and a refrigeration cycle device having the same, an oil separator for separating oil from a refrigerant discharged from a compression unit is added. Separated oil is recollected into an oil pump driven by a driving motor. Because refrigerant separated from the oil is prevented from being re-introduced into the compressor, a cooling capability of the refrigeration cycle device may be enhanced. Because the oil pump is driven by the driving force of the driving motor, the compressor may have a simplified configuration, and the fabrication costs may be reduced. The oil used for a crankshaft lubrication process is returned to the oil pump by forming an oil pocket between bearing surfaces of a crankshaft and the oil pump, oil may be prevented from back-flowing to the oil separator from the crankshaft. This may allow oil to be smoothly recollected into the oil pump.

    摘要: Disclosed are a hermetic compressor and a refrigeration cycle device having the same. An oil separator for separating oil from a refrigerant is installed outside a casing. The oil separated by the oil separator is recollected into the casing by an oil pump driven by a driving force of a driving motor. The oil is recollected from the refrigerant and fabrication costs are be reduced. A cooling capability of the refrigeration cycle device is enhanced, the compressor has a simplified configuration, and the fabrication costs are reduced. Because an outlet of a discharge opening through which oil is discharged to the casing from the oil pump is installed at a position lower than a minimum level of oil in the casing, the refrigerant is prevented from backflowing into an oil passage, and the occurrence of air bubbles on the surface of oil in the compressor may be prevented.

The oil pump includes a pump body, a driving shaft coupled to the pump body, with a supply passage extending therethrough, and a plurality of pumping members which rotate with the driving shaft. Fluids such as oil are inhaled into the pump through various intakes, and the inhaled oil is directed towards the driving shaft, where the oil is supplied to the friction parts of the compressor for lubrication. The plurality of intakes into the pump provide for a continuous supply of oil to the friction parts.

In the scroll compressor, an oil supply hole formed in an orbiting scroll guides oil from a space between a frame and the orbiting scroll to a space between a fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, and an oil supply groove formed at the fixed scroll maintains communication with the oil supply hole, thereby rapidly supplying oil to a bearing surface between the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll before the oil is introduced into a back pressure chamber. This enhances compressor efficiency by effectively preventing frictional losses and refrigerant leakage in such a compressor, and enhances energy efficiency for a refrigerating machine using such a compressor.
