    摘要: A discharge valve system of a scroll compressor comprises: a fixed scroll having a discharge hole and discharge bypass holes; a discharge valve assembly mounted at the fixed scroll, for opening and closing the discharge hole by a pressure difference; and an integral bypass valve assembly mounted at the fixed scroll, for opening and closing the bypass holes and interworking the discharge valve assembly. According to this, a discharge amount of gas is maximized in a low pressure ration driving of the scroll compressor thereby to enhance a discharge efficiency. Also, the number of components is greatly reduced thus to reduce a fabrication cost. Also, the number of assembly processes is greatly reduced thereby to enhance an assembly productivity.

    摘要: An oil feed controller of an inverter compressor controls the quantity of feeding oil to prevent excess oil from being fed to a compression part when rotational speed of a rotation shaft is increased. The oil feed controller includes an installation hole formed in the rotation shaft to communicate with an oil passage of the rotation shaft, a bypass formed in the rotation shaft to communicate with the leading end of the installation hole, and an oil feeding controlling part installed in the installation hole to close the bypass when the rotation shaft rotates at low speed and to open the bypass when the rotation shaft rotates at high speed such that the quantity of oil ascending to the compression part through the oil passage is controlled.

    摘要: A scroll compressor is provided. The scroll compressor includes a casing, an oil pump, an oil retrieving port, and an oil retrieving unit. The casing has a fluid storage area in a lower portion thereof. The oil pump is provided in the lower portion of the casing, and has a suction unit which suctions fluid from the fluid storage area. The oil retrieving port is in the casing to allow oil retrieved from an external oil separator to flow into the casing. The oil retrieving unit is connected to the oil retrieving port and provides a path which directs the retrieved oil to the suction unit.

    摘要: A compressor and an oil separating device therefor are provided which are capable of always maintaining a predetermined amount of oil in the compressor without additionally providing an oil separating device along a refrigerating cycle system. This results in the refrigerating cycle system having simplified piping and the refrigerant discharged from the compressor having a constant pressure, thereby preventing a function of the refrigerating cycle system from being reduced. The compressor includes a casing, a compression device having a compression chamber disposed within the casing and configured to receive, compress, and output a refrigerant, and an oil separating device disposed within the casing. The oil separating device includes a separation chamber configured to circulate the refrigerant to separate oil therefrom, a guide member configured to direct the refrigerant discharged from the compression device, and a circulation member configured to receive the refrigerant from the guide member and direct the refrigerant into the separation chamber in a direction of circulation.

The fixed scroll includes a scroll body having an involuted wrap to define a compression chamber therein and provided, around a lower end thereof, with a mounting flange to be arranged on an upper surface of a main frame, and an interceptive suction portion configured to guide part of the gaseous refrigerant, that is directed upward along the main frame, into the compression chamber while preventing introduction of the remaining gaseous refrigerant that is circulated around the scroll body.
