Abstract:
A cable arrangement device for a cable management arm includes a support member and a locking member. The support member includes a fixing portion, an accommodation portion and a hook portion. The accommodation portion includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a bottom wall connected between the first and second sidewalls. The first sidewall is fixed to the fixing portion and has a connection member which has a first pivotal portion which has a positioning feature. The second sidewall is fixed to the hook portion. The locking member has a second pivotal portion and an engaging portion. The second pivotal portion is pivotably connected to the first pivotal portion and has an engaging feature engaged with the positioning feature. The engaging portion is engaged with the hook portion of the first sidewall when the engaging portion is in locked position.
Abstract:
A management method, a management apparatus, and a controller for memory data access are provided. The management apparatus is disposed between a host and a device for managing the data transmitted between the host and the device, wherein the management apparatus includes a control unit and a storage unit. When the control unit receives a data writing command from the host, it searches for a set mapped to the data in the storage unit and updates the data in the set. Then, the control unit collects the other parts of the data in the storage unit and the device, integrates all parts of the data, and writes the integrated data into the device. Accordingly, the efficiency in data transmission can be improved, and the number of data writing operations can be reduced so that the lifespan of the device can be prolonged.
Abstract:
A connection device of a cable management arm includes a fixing frame having a protrusion portion, a connection member having a contact portion, and a locking member pivotably connected to the connection member. The locking member includes a locking portion and a resilient portion which contacts the contact portion of the connection member. When the connection member is pivotally connected to the cable management arm, the fixing frame is fixed to a rail. When the connection member is connected to the fixing frame, the resilient portion provides a force to lock the locking portion to the protrusion portion of the fixing frame so as to securely connect the connection member to the fixing frame.
Abstract:
A method of a flash memory storage device using a copy back command is provided. An error correction rule is adopted to determine whether or not data errors occurred in the un-amended data stored in the page, wherein when it is determined that data errors has occurred in the un-amended data, then a data transfer command is executed, thereby enabling the flash memory storage device to use the block having a faster transferring speed to executing the copy back command. Thus, the data in the flash memory storage device is not only correct and complete but also the stability of the system is promoted.
Abstract:
Gas distribution systems for deposition processes and methods of using the same. A substrate support member holding a substrate is disposed in a processing chamber. A plurality of first and second gas nozzles is connected to a gas distribution ring disposed in the processing chamber. The first gas nozzles provide a first reactant gas and include at least first and second outlet apertures. The second gas nozzles provide a second reactant gas and include third outlet apertures. The first outlet aperture is larger than the second outlet aperture, such that the first gas nozzle with the first outlet aperture creates an increased gas flow adjacent to a determined portion of the substrate to increase deposition from the first reactant gas on the determined portion of the substrate.
Abstract:
A compound exercise apparatus for extension, stretching and rowing-type exercises where the user's body weight provides a component of the resistive force against which the user exercises. The apparatus includes a base having a pair of stationary foot pedals, a cushion mounted to the top of a support bar for supporting the user's upper body. A lower end of the support bar is mounted to the base and an upper end of the support bar is pivotally mounted to an upper end of a twin-wheeled push rod. The twin-wheeled push rod is biased to a retracted position by an extension spring anchored within the support bar and connected to a cable anchored to a connection post of the twin-wheeled push rod. A fork member having a U-shaped bar at a lower end and a T-shaped connection member at an upper end is pivotally connected to the connection post of the twin-wheeled push rod. A lower end of the U-shaped bar of the fork member is pivotally connected by a linkage to the support bar. The linkage is pivotally connected to a restoration spring that also biases the push rod and support bar to a retracted position. A first end of a handle arm is pivotally mounted to the T-shaped connection member and a second end of the handle arm is releasably connected to the lower end of the U-shaped bar. The handle arm is selectively positioned by the user for the desired exercise. The base is selectively pivotable relative to the support bar so that the apparatus may be folded for storage.

Abstract:
A semiconductor device and method of manufacture thereof having a less free fluorine (F) fluorine containing Silica Glass (FSG) dielectric film formed thereon. The FSG dielectric film includes about 25% or less free F, has a porosity of about 5% or less and has a dielectric constant of about 3.8 or less. A first barrier layer may be disposed between a workpiece and the FSG dielectric film, and a second barrier layer may be disposed between the FSG dielectric film and at least one conductive line formed in the FSG dielectric film. The FSG dielectric film is formed by introducing SiF4:SiH4 at a reaction condition ratio of about 2.5 or less at a pressure of about 3 Torr or less and at an RF of about 500 watts to 5000 watts.
