A first end of a handle arm is pivotally mounted to the T-shaped connection member and a second end of the handle arm is releasably connected to the lower end of the U-shaped bar. The handle arm is selectively positioned by the user for the desired exercise. The base is selectively pivotable relative to the support bar so that the apparatus may be folded for storage.
