    摘要: A press-buckled lock having a press buckle is used so that the operation of locking and unlocking can be performed rapidly. By pressing the buckle, the door can be locked rapidly. When the inner handle is rotated, the press buckle is separated rapidly to unlock. Other than making the operation easy, the installation of the press buckle at the inner handle of a lock will reduce the manufacturing cost and cause the operation to be easy. Thereby the cost is reduced. By pressing the press buckle, a lock can locked rapidly; when rotating the inner handle or inserting a specific key into the lock core, the press buckle will separate rapidly so as to unlock the lock; thus, the press buckle in the lock has the effect of controlling the locking and unlocking operation rapidly.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an organic field effect transistor and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic field effect transistor comprises a top-contact type or a bottom-contact type, and the manufacturing method thereof comprises the following steps: a substrate is provided, a metal gate is formed on the substrate, an inorganic insulating layer is formed on the substrate and the metal gate, a surface of the insulating layer is polished, an organic filler is filled in pores on the insulating layer as an insulating treatment, a modified layer is formed on the inorganic insulating layer, and finally an organic semiconductor layer, a source and a drain are formed. By combining the advantages of simply liquefied process of the organic material and the high stability of inorganic material, and operation conditions of control process, the present invention can achieve effectively that the device is high carrier mobility and high on/off ratio.

    摘要: An LCD apparatus includes a first polarizer, a half-wavelength retardation plate, a liquid crystal unit and a second polarizer. The LCD apparatus further has a backlight module for generating first polarized light. The first polarizer is disposed downstream of the backlight module, and the first polarizer has a transmission axis. The half-wavelength retardation plate is disposed between the backlight module and the first polarizer. Second polarized light parallel to the transmission axis is generated from the first polarized light passing through the half-wavelength retardation plate. The second polarizer is disposed downstream of the first polarizer. The liquid crystal unit is disposed between the first polarizer and the second polarizer, and the second polarized light emits out of the LCD apparatus through the first polarizer, the liquid crystal unit and the second polarizer.

The semiconductor layer of the label-free sensor of the present invention is bonded with probe groups, and the detection of detected object is performed in instant, quick, rapid, and sensitive manner by measuring variation in electric current, thereby avoiding the use of the fluorescent reading equipment for reading fluorescent signals.
