    摘要: To prevent damage to a printed circuit board due to concentration of contact pressure during press-fitting of press-fit contacts into through-holes of the board with narrow pitches, a press-fit contact includes a bulge portion formed wide substantially at a center in a long direction thereof, a press-fit portion extending from one end of the bulge portion and projecting in an arc in a width direction of the press-fit contact, a contact portion extending from the other end of the bulge portion, and an introduction portion extending from a distal end of the press-fit portion. A center portion of the press-fit portion in the long direction thereof, when adjacent press-fit contacts are provided in alignment with a line, has a direction of expansion that is not parallel to the line but is angled so as to be rotated about an axis of the center portion at a predetermined angle.

    摘要: An interposition structure interposed between substrates and capable of guiding the insertion of a connection pin for electrically connecting the substrates to each other, whereby the connection pin can be inserted properly even in cases where the substrates to be connected or other members have a dimensional error caused during production thereof, a positioning error or the like. The interposition structure has an interposition body in which a through hole is formed such that connection pin inlet and outlet portions thereof each have an inner diameter gradually increasing in a direction from the inner part to the corresponding outer open end thereof, and also has a positioning protuberance provided on the underside of the interposition body. The interposition structure is interposed between upper and lower substrates with the positioning protuberance received in a recess formed in the upper surface of the lower substrate, and the connection pin is inserted through a hole in the upper substrate, the through hole, and a hole in the lower substrate.

Furthermore, a first connection terminal (4b) for fixing the connection cable (5) previously by caulking, and a second connection terminal (4a) for soldering the output take-out wires (6a, 6b) of a solar cell module are press fitted in the terminal box body (2) thus saving the labor of field work such as the soldering work and the caulking work of cables or the output take-out wires of a solar cell module.

    摘要: A double-ended press-fit connector that enables the efficiency with which the connector is mounted on a printed circuit board to be improved. The connector has an insulated housing in which are arranged multiple fixing holes for inserting contacts and multiple press-fit contacts that are inserted in the fixing holes. The press-fit contacts have at least bulge portions formed to a width of maximum extent at a center in the long direction of the contacts and press fit portions formed in the shape of an arc in a width direction at both end sides thereof. Shoulder portions that form steps are provided at top and bottom ends of the bulge portions, and the fixing holes in the insulated housing are formed to a shape that accommodates engagement of the press-fit contacts and stops the contacts from slipping out of the insulated housing.
