Abstract:
An environment-friendly material includes 50 wt % to 70 wt % of inorganic mineral powder, 20 wt % to 45 wt % of polyolefin, and 5 wt % to 15 wt % of auxiliary agent. The inorganic mineral powder contains calcium carbonate; the polyolefin may be linear low density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, or polypropylene; and the auxiliary agent may be polyolefin elastomer, maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer, or maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene. The disclosure also provides a manufacturing method of window covering slat using the environment-friendly material and a window covering slat manufactured by the method.
Abstract:
A window blind includes top and bottom beams, and many slats disposed therebetween. The top beam has two opposite lateral holes. The window blind further includes a slat folding transmission device having a cord rolling member disposed in the top beam, and two opposite lift transmission cords passing through the lateral holes of the lateral plates of the top beam respectively. Two ends of each lift transmission cord are connected with the bottom beam and the cord rolling member respectively, so that the two lift transmission cords can pull the bottom beam simultaneously when being rolled by the cord rolling member, thereby moving the bottom beam upwardly to fold up the slats. Therefore, the slats of the window blind of the invention need no processing and keep complete in structure, thereby providing good effect of blocking out the light when being adjusted to the inclined condition.
Abstract:
A mounting assistant plate includes an abutment end, an opposing index end, and an index hole located at the index end. In application, abut the abutment end against the supporting object (wall or window frame), and then mark a mark on the supporting object corresponding to each index hole for the indication of a respective mounting hole to be drilled, facilitating subsequent mounting of a window blind rail holder.
Abstract:
A blind body brake mechanism for non pull cord window blind utilizes two one-way clutch units to control the positioning of the blind body during the extending or receiving operation. Each one-way clutch unit includes a wheel axle, multiple stop blocks equiangularly connected to the wheel axle, an arched rolling groove defined between each two adjacent stop blocks, a planetary gear movably mounted in each arched rolling groove, and a one-way wheel mounted on the wheel axle and having an internal gear meshed with the planetary gears.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an environment-friendly material which comprises 60 to 80 wt % of inorganic mineral pellet, 15 to 35 wt % of polyolefin, and 5 to 10 wt % of auxiliary additive. Thus, necessary mechanical properties of producing window covering are fulfilled without using PVC and cost of the environment-friendly material can be controlled easily.
Abstract:
A one-way driving mechanism for a cordless window blind essentially includes two volute spring gears, which are meshed with each other, and a volute spring connected between the volute spring gears. The volute spring gears each meshes with a cord gear. Each of the cord gears is connected with a cord, which is encircled with a single loop by a clutch wheel. Each clutch wheel is provided therein with a position-securing member.
Abstract:
A window body positioning mechanism of a non pull cord window blind includes two first transmission wheels, two transmission cords respectively connected with one ends thereof to the first transmission wheels, two second transmission wheels meshed together and respectively meshed with the first transmission wheels, a coil spring connecting the two second transmission wheels and selectively wound round one second transmission wheel, and two resistance units each including a one-way pawl and a resistance wheel wound by one respective transmission cord and meshed with the one-way pawl. Thus, when extending out or receiving the blind body, the friction resistance between the resistance wheels and the transmission cords and the engagement relationship between the resistance wheels and the respective one-way pawls help achieve excellent blind body positioning effects.
Abstract:
A window body positioning mechanism of a non pull cord window blind includes a transmission unit including two first transmission wheels meshed together, a coil spring connected between the first transmission wheels and wound round one first transmission wheel, two second transmission wheels respectively meshed with one respective first transmission wheel, and two transmission cords each having one end thereof fixedly connected to one respective second transmission wheel and being wound round the respective second transmission wheel upon its rotation, and a damper unit including a damper and a reel connected to the damper and wound round by one transmission cord in such a manner that when the blind body is being extended out or received, the damper imparts a damping resistance to the transmission cords through the reel to achieve excellent positioning effects.
