摘要: Provided is a polypropylene resin foam-molded article which has a rib having a relatively small thickness and which has an improved strength at a boundary part between a main body part and the rib part without increasing a thickness of the rib part. The polypropylene resin foam-molded article is obtained by molding a material for a foam-molded article using a polypropylene resin, wherein the molded article comprises a main body part and a rib part provided vertically to the main body part; the rib part has a thickness (Tr) of 3 mm or less, or a thickness ratio (Tr/Tb) of a thickness of the rib part (Tr) to a thickness of the main body part (Tb) is 0.8 or less; the main body part and the rib part each comprise a non-foamed surface layer and an intermediate layer having a foamed structure; and the intermediate layer in the main body part is connected to the intermediate layer in the rib part. It is molded from the material for a foam-molded article using a polypropylene resin in which a melt flow rate and a melt tension satisfy a fixed relation.

摘要: This invention is to provide a photoprotein which binds with a ligand specific for a substance to be detected at a binding ratio of 1:1 such that the luminescence activity is not reduced by binding with the ligand, a conjugate comprising the luminescent photoprotein and ligand, and a substance detection method which employs the conjugate as a marker. A calcium-binding photoprotein is produced having cysteine residue introduced within the 4th amino acid residue from the amino-terminus. A conjugate is formed by binding a ligand specific for a substance to be detected to the calcium-binding photoprotein, in a binding ratio of 1:1, via the introduced cysteine residue. The conjugate may be utilized as a marker for a substance to be detected.

摘要: In a pultrusion device for producing continuous length sections prepared from thermoplastic resins reinforced with long fibers, the vertical angle (null) of an upstream conical surface of a conical portion, which constitutes a shaping nozzle perforated through the downstream end wall of the device ranges from 15 to 35 degrees and the shaping nozzle has a land portion having a length of 1 to 5 mm in the downstream area subsequent to the upstream conical surface. According to this pultrusion device for producing continuous length sections prepared from thermoplastic resins reinforced with long fibers, the long fibers never undergo any breakage nor fluffing during the opening treatment and this accordingly leads to the substantial reduction of pill-formation. As a result, the opening-impregnation device of the present invention provided at least with the downstream end wall carrying the shaping nozzle (including the land portion) can stably and continuously be operated over a long period of time, without any trouble such as those encountered in the conventional devices.

摘要: To provide chargeable tow and a laminate thereof, which can be produced with no restriction by the production or processing method, and without troubles such as twining on a roll or single thread snapping caused by static electricity generated in the production steps. Tow, in which the value (D/W) obtained by dividing the total fineness of tow (D) by the tow width (W) is 1,000 to 8,000 dtex/mm, is produced by making a fiber-processing agent adhere thereto, preferably using a particular amount of the agent, wherein the agent has a particular structure and contains a polyoxyethylene higher fatty acid ester and a sorbitan fatty acid ester in a particular blending ratio.
