    摘要: An apparatus for anulus fibrosus repair includes a shaft, a pair of curved suturing needles mounted in parallel on the shaft, and a rotational driving mechanism connected to the shaft, which is configured to rotate the shaft and the pair of needles about a rotation axis of the shaft. Each needle includes a substantially semi-annular body having a proximal end, a distal end, an inner periphery, and an outer periphery, and an arm extending radially inward from the proximal end, in which a concavity is formed in the body proximate to the distal end extending in a direction away from it. Also disclosed is a suturing technique associated with use of the repair apparatus.

The porous chamber includes a main body made of porous biologically absorbable polymer material, comprising an inner surface surrounding a hollow cavity, the hollow cavity having an aperture opened at an upper surface of the main body, wherein the aperture is communicated with outside of the main body for seeding tissue blocks in the hollow cavity, and an upper cover passing through the upper surface of the main body to seal the aperture to prevent the tissue blocks from outflowing.

    摘要: An apparatus for washing cells and/or tissue includes an outer sleeve, an inner assembly, and a filter. The outer sleeve includes a closed end and an open end. The inner assembly is axially movable in the outer sleeve. The filter is affixed to the inner assembly, wherein a chamber is formed by the filter, the outer sleeve, and the inner assembly. Furthermore, a process for washing cells and/or tissue comprising: (a) providing an apparatus as described above, wherein the cells and/or tissue and washing liquid are disposed in the chamber, and (b) axially moving the inner assembly to wash the cells and/or tissue.

    摘要: The present invention provides method and carrier for culturing multi-layered tissue in vitro, wherein few amounts of tissue blocks and cells are positioned within a porous multi-layer carrier consisting of a cavity structure. By taking advantage of the structure of the carrier, tissue blocks and cells are separated into different layers according to their sizes, and incubated in vitro to reconstruct a multi-layered tissue for tissue repair.
